BUYER BEWARE: A normal hang a screen and a projector installation project turned into a 4 month series of excuses, lies and broken promises that ended in a legal judgement against CaliHD under the iHeartMiles LLC umbrella). The owners of this company came to our home, gave us a written estimate and charged us $5300 in parts to install our home theater. Almost immediately changes to schedules and excuses for equipment were presented. The date moved four times (one at our request) only to end in the company CaliHD offering to make us "Whole" and refund our money. After accepting this offer a new series of excuses and delays was presented. This led to legal action where we were awarded full reimbursement for the money spent + fees etc. This company never did anything other than present us with a bill and take our money. DO NOT DO BUSINESS with them unless you have money to burn. Feedback or endorsements on other sites are the owners themselves or business associates of iHeartMiles LLC.
