Said installed speaker and Ethernet runs for me as well as mounted a few TVs. He is clearly a very smart and talented electrical engineer. However, I ran into several issues with him during the course of him completing the work. The first was he underbid his initial estimate for the work, which became a point of contention throughout the process because at what he said was the correct estimate amount; I would not have used him for the work. While installing 3 pairs of speakers into my ceiling, he attempted to cut out the whole 9inch diameter of the speakers in the ceiling drywall prior to locating the studs. This left me with three large holes in my ceiling that I had to pay my contractor to get it fixed. He blamed the drywall people for not locating the speaker drops where they should have been. And the first time this happened I said he should have checked first, but that yes the fault could just as easily be put on the drywall guys that might have moved the cables. However, that excuse only works once. And two more 9 inch holes were incorrectly cut out for the same reason. You should not be cutting 9inch holes without first validating correct speaker cable placement. After the first mishap, he should have been cutting small diameter holes to verify proper placement before making the entire cut out. There was no regard to me having to go back and fix these mistakes. And my contractor happened to be there when he was trying to do the cutouts and after the third failed cut he ended up doing the remaining cuts himself to avoid having further patches needed in the ceiling. Some of the volume knob plates he provided were warped and don’t sit flat on the wall and are frankly the cheapest feeling I’ve ever used and I'm not sure how he thought that was acceptable. They were the type of quality that you would never put in your own house, so why would you put it in a customer’s? He also located one of the volume knobs in the wrong room, and stated it wasn’t a big deal and that I could move it into the correct room later. Not a big deal for him I guess, because to move it I have to cut it out of the wrong wall he put it on the correct one and pay someone to patch and paint the resulting hole. All in all I spent about $800 out of pocket patching the drywall from his work. Finally, he told me that configuration of the speakers were not included in my initial quote, which was not true. And I believe he said this because he had initially underquoted me. I reminded him multiple times about coming by to finish the configuration and how it was included in the quote, and in the end he never showed up to finish the job. I ended up paying another company to finish the configuration of the speakers. I don't think Said is a bad guy and he is very good at what he does, but my experience with him was subpar and the whole job felt rushed. I would not recommend him.

I needed my home rewired for Gigabit speed from a 10/100 set up. I had CAT5 which slows down the signal and decided to put in CAT6. It was a laborious job but Said and Sam worked tirelessly and completed the project perfectly in one day...took about 8 hours. They are a reliable and truly professional outfit. I am sure their other work installing security systems and AV systems would be done just as professionally. Their price I felt was fair given the labor involved. I would hire them again if need arises

I hired AVS to mount / connect to TV's at my residence. They exceeded my expectations by their professional and courteous behavior. The service was performed in Dec 2017 - I would absolutely recommend them. They also do much larger home theatre jobs - which I trust they could do competently from the demonstration of his prior work and other testimonials.

Said and Sam went well beyond the call of duty. We had a misunderstanding about the specs for our job of re-wiring our network, but their attitude was outstanding, they were flexible and they did some things that were very helpful that I did not even think of. Most of all, they were extremely polite and their attitude was excellent - even after I accidentally backed into one of their vehicles! (all my fault) These people take pride in their work and are well worth hiring.

I recently bought an older home with limited coaxial cables with no Ethernet outlets. I always wanted a central network box around the entire like newer homes. I was a little nervous but willing to hire AVS Audio Video and Security for the network installation job. As it turned out, Said and Sam were very professional and knows their job really well, very courteous and honest, arrived on time and installed all coaxial/Ethernet in every room, a seamless installation and it looks awesome. Since they did an excellent job, I decided to extend their service to install/configure home theater and in-wall speakers. I'm very happy and I would hire this company again if needed. Great experience!!
