I have used Acoustix Audio Video several times over the past 7 years and they have always done a great job meeting our needs and explaining the process along the way. I would not every go elsewhere for my Audio Video needs.

The Acoustix guys really know their stuff. From design and product selection to installation and support, they work hard, and they get it right. Indoor. Outdoor. Commercial and residential. Projects big and small. I've got some cable clean up and data wiring coming up for my home and home office -- not a big project but I know they'll take good care of me.

Kevin was very helpful answering all my questions in setting up the media room (9.2 speaker system with projector) in our basement. They are much cheaper than best buy and other competitors in metro. They even match the price and also recommend components that fits your budget. They are not the ones who try to sell you something that you wouldn’t need like the sales person in big box stores. The work was top notch. Both Kevin and Nate has lots of knowledge on the equipment and installation. Great to work with. Very professional. On time and very helpful. Would definitely recommend these guys.

I worked with Acoustic Audio Video to put in a sound system in my new location. They are very great people to work with. They are extremely punctual and keep you informed along way. I would highly recommend using them!

Nathan and Kevin are extremely professional, very responsive, and were very helpful in answering all of our questions. They worked within our budget and time frame and had the patience to explain hard to understand audio and media questions. Once everything was installed, I would call or text them with additional questions and usually had a response within five minutes! They strive to make sure the customer is satisfied. This is the third time that I have hired the two of them for home audio and visual projects. Plus, I have enjoyed meeting them and having them in my house. They are good guys!

These guys did a great job. They were efficient, the work was great and their response time and customer service was really good. Overall I'd definitely recommend them to anyone looking for their type of work.
