I Absolutely would recommend Khyyam and his team and Bathrooms London LTD. They completed my bathroom and kitchen to a very high standard, listened and responded to everything I wanted and always used excellent communication. When there was an issue after the job, they came back and rectified it. Could not be happier with my bathroom and kitchen. I would not hesitate to go with them.

Loved the whole process with these guys. They make picking out what you would like and prepping for the job really easy. The job itself was completed on time and is absolutely lovely. They remodelled my entire bathroom and my partner and I couldn’t love it more! Would recommend to anyone looking for good quality and good looking work!

Khyyam and the team recently completed my bathroom renovation and I was delighted with the work done. Throughout the whole process they were professional and were accomodating to all requests. The flat was kept clean throughout and the work was completed to time and budget. Would happily recommend.

Khayyam and his team was fantastic. They kept me up to date throughout the project and the result was a fantastic bathroom delivered on time and within budget. I'd recommend them without any hesitation!

I could not be happier with the quality of my finished bathroom and in my dealings with Khyyam the owner of Bathrooms London LTD. It was completed 12 Dec '19 and on budget (under £15k). Right from the start Khyyam was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable in the options I should consider in taking what was previously 2 small dark rooms (bathroom and kitchen) and making it into one beautiful, light-filled shower room complete with heated flooring. The standard of finish is excellent and he is incredibly professional. Even when inevitable small delays occurred Khyyam fully communicated this with me and did all he could to get the work back on track quickly. I would highly recommend Bathrooms London LTD.

Superficially looks ok, but not finished to a good standard, with lots of annoying defects, such as poor tiling (some of which were rectified on request) and underfloor heating that gets red hot. The project started late and then took about six weeks to complete (for a small bathroom). Efforts were sometimes bizarre, such as trying to make good damage to paintwork by repainting half of our landing (including various bits of doorframes, dado rail and ceiling) in the wrong colour.

Khyyam offered great advice on both the functional side and the design side of the work that I needed to get done in my bathroom, namely replacing my toilet, sink, mirrrored cabinet and worktops. The way we communicated also worked very well for me, he adapted to the fact that I preferred email/text and communication was prompt and punctual. After the work started, he consulted me every step of the way when there were uncertainties or when something we initially agreed on wasn't feasible. Things were finished to my spec, and the finish is beautiful and functional! After completion, I had a leak that turned out to be unrelated, but Khyyam dropped by to have a look and offer his advice, making sure that everything is done to a high standard and there are no resulting problems. Thank you, Khyyam, for a work well done! Due to this, we are also completing a second project together, and I would highly recommend the services of Bathrooms London Ltd for quality, thorough work.

Khyyam and team were friendly, helpful and professional from start to finish. They could start the job very soon after I contacted them, made sure that they understood exactly what I wanted and took care to minimise mess and dust throughout (and cleaned up well once the works were finished). They are not suitable for those on a tight budget but all costs were made clear from the start, and the fact that they do everything (design, supply, install, paint, clean up) takes all of the potential stress out of bathroom renovations. The works were completed nearly 3 weeks ago and I am still so pleased with my new bathroom.

Was helpful in advising feasibility of work and what sorts of things to look out for when purchasing items. Competitive price and had quick availability. Good problem solving when things didn't go to quite to plan. Kept me informed of progress. Site was kept tidy and pretty clean. Really pleased with new bathroom, especially the quality of tiling.

I am very happy with my new bathroom. During the design, Khyyam listened to my ideas and gave valuable advice and recommendations. The quote was very reasonable and matched the actual cost. During the build, Khyyam and his team took great care not to upset any of my fussy neighbours or cause any unnecessary mess. The communal hallways and my flat were cleaned daily and I was able to remain living in the flat while the work was being carried out. The finish is of a very high standard and the new bathroom looks stunning. I would not hesitate to recommend Khyyam and his team.

I am very impressed with Khyyam's work. I employed him to redecorate two bathrooms in my house and he did a fantastic job. He finished on time, with minimum disruption and very high standard of work. I would recommend him unreservedly.
