The team at Ulrich is superb! We had a difficult kitchen renovation because we were matching the cabinetry in our new island to the existing cabinetry while incorporating new appliances in both. Julia Kleyman, the designer, Bart, the project manager, the installers and all the team were a joy to work with. They were professional, accommodating, and always went the extra mile. The product lines are top-notch. The results are gorgeous and we are so happy!

Ulrich has a great reputation and for good reason. Everyone connected with Ulrich is very professional and talented. Scheduling of jobs is amazingly efficient so as to cause the least inconvenience to the homeowner. Ulrich also stands behind their work and even follow up their jobs with a home visit to explain the workings of new appliances.

Mike: I do not know where to start or the words, especially the superlative adjectives to use. The New Ulrich kitchen compared to the old is BREATHTAKING!! Carol and I just cannot believe it!! Everyone that sees it cannot believe it. All the details from the decorative subway tile, the layout of the different cabinets, glass, wood, shorter cabinets over sink & range, the cabinet hardware, the moldings and of course the island. Aparna recommended the dark blue look and we deliberated so hard with such a stark contrast to the white! We trusted her judgment over our hesitancy over color! Boy did we make the right decision to trust the “ultimate Kitchen professionals”!! This kitchen is a showplace for small condo kitchen layouts and finished look!! The whole team is to be thanked!! Mike, you were the “conductor of the kitchen symphony” and brought it all together. Aparna, all of your layout plans and tile, sink and faucet selections were perfect! The neighbors reported the long hours and Saturdays that it took to complete the work before our arrival home and we greatly appreciate all those extra efforts. We thank you, Aparna , Mike and Dave and of course the staff of craftsman who applied their talents!!

We have been extremely happy with both the quality of work and customer service provided by Ulrich. Every detail is beautifully finished. The workers (especially Randy, Scott, Gary) are so very talented and always go above and beyond to make the job perfect. Bonnie is an amazing designer – every detail is thought out so that the job ends up gorgeous and very functional. Bart is always available to trouble shoot. He makes sure we are well informed as the job progresses. He has made us very comfortable contacting him about anything and everything, and is always helpful. All this is why we continue to use Ulrich for all our projects, that and the fact that once a job is done you are always available for upkeep. We can’t thank you enough for the most high level of competence and customer service we have ever experienced anywhere.

ULRICH INC IS THE BEST. They designed and installed an entirely new kitchen/dining area in our Manhattan apartment. They also designed, built and installed a wall unit for our living room. People are blown away when they see our apartment. We can't say enough about their work product, integrity, and responsiveness. We worked primarily with Julia Kleyman and she went above and beyond for us. I would use them again for anything in a heartbeat!!

We had an Ulrich kitchen renovation done 10-15 years ago. Recently we had a minor emergency come up with the sink just before a big family function. They responded immediately, standing behind their work (although they clearly had no obligation to do so) and fixed it "gratis". They saved the day. Their quality and customer service orientation is unbeatable.

Thanks to Ulrich our kitchen is now very beautiful, inviting and perfectly reflects the style of our century-old home! We started with a challenging space that was a "jumble" both aesthetically and functionally. Julia, our Ulrich designer, created a new layout that completely transformed it. From the moment I contacted Ulrich I had a positive and seamless experience. My kitchen was 20 years old, beautiful but very dated and I wanted to gut it and start from scratch. Aparna, my design consultant worked with us to bring our vision to life while educating us , guiding us , and encouraging us to be involved every step of the way. Our first visit to Ulrich was in April 2017 . Kitchen was gutted in August and completed by the first week in October. Everyone on their staff was professional, knowledgable committed and kind. That meant a lot to me. This was a huge investment for us and we could not be happier. My kitchen is magazine worthy.

Seven years ago we had Ulrich complete a total renovation of our kitchen, bathroom and family room. We continue to enjoy the spectacular results. In the intervening years if we have had any issues with cabinetry or appliances they have followed up in a professional and timely manner, always making sure we were completely satisfied. This level of customer service is rarely found today. We could not recommend them more highly.

We loved the computerized renderings of our kitchen. It gave us a way to truly visualize our future kitchen! The Ulrich team made the whole process seamless – from concept to completion. And, of course now, we love the way the project turned out. We would definitely recommend Ulrich to others!

Ulrich created an open kitchen concept for us which looks amazing. Bonnie the designer walked us through the whole process from start to finish. Gary did an outstanding job with our cabinetry. Mike the project manager went far and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly and Linda the coordinator was so patient to show us how to put our brand new appliances to good use.
