I recently had the pleasure of working with Vinny at Showcase Kitchens CT, in the renovating of my kitchen, and I am very pleased with the results. Vinny is highly professional and he kept me informed throughout the process. The project was completed on time and within budget. I am so grateful for his expertise. My new kitchen is not only beautiful but also functional, and I couldn't be happier with how everything turned out. Erica and the team at Showcase Kitchens did such an amazing job on our kitchen remodel that we brought them back in to remodel our bathroom! Erica listens to your needs and designs what will work best for you. The construction team was conscious and clean. I have nothing but good things to say.

Our Showcase Kitchen is probably a pretty modest scale compared to most large family kitchens, but it’s exactly perfect for two empty-nesters who have downsized, who cook a LOT and entertain casually several nights a week. The project was within the budget we set out and was delivered on time to the day. It’s incredibly efficient and easy to keep clean. The design and colors are elegant in a low key way that fits with the broader interior design plan. There were a lot of small decisions that on the whole added up to make this an attractive perfect working kitchen and storage for our lifestyle. It’s fantastic, many thanks to Erica and her team!

Erica and Showcase Kitchens did an incredible job renovating our kitchen and adding a built-in wet bar. From start to finish, the process was seamless, and the results exceeded our expectations. Erica's attention to detail and design expertise, coupled with the team's professionalism, made the experience exceptional. Project started over 3 months late, during the month that was the estimated completion date. Almost 2 years later, we are still trying to get Showcase Kitchens to finish this. We have received emails saying they will, but with no action. Had our designer tell us to stop emailing him our concerns, left w/ damaged trim from incorrect measurements & a garage full of garbage that we had to dispose of. When they would damage our home, they took no responsibility. Nothing was addressed unless we continuously asked for it and they will refer to your requests of fixing their errors as ‘demands’. The only time the designer came out to see the job was for him to ask for a check, so we ended up being our own site manager. The design services were minimal, including installing a 1 inch countertop overhang length that does not meet industry standards when we paid for 1.5 inch. We have also found out our dishwasher is not attached and the space is too big. The entire cabinet now has to be reconstructed with all new counters replaced. When most of our cabinets came in damaged, the designer told us to wait until the end to deal with it rather than order replacements. They then resolved paint damage by having their cabinet installer, not a painter, take a can of paint that was the wrong finish/color, and use a paintbrush over the damage on factory finished brand new maple cabinetry, destroying the new finish. We still have many panels that are not considered acceptable by industry standards. They allow defective products to be installed, but then when you say something, the issues are not resolved. We had upgraded to have refrigerator panels made. After the panel install, they were not lined up with the upper panel, so they sent their installer back who shimmed and glued pieces of scrap wood in-between the refrigerator front and the $3k+ panels to try to make them line up right. We had no idea until a few days later when our child had wood fall out on her. We have sent multiple emails to the owner asking for this to be finished correctly and safely. The owner said to find another installer to figure it out. This was over a $3k up-charge that looks horrible. When we were told to pay their final balance (‘substantial completion’), we were told that the job would be fully completed, but that they would not continue working unless we paid in full. We paid in full, and that has not happened. While their warranty reads that they will replace damaged products they install and that they will correct any of their install issues, they have not. Attached pictures show some of the issues that they have ignored and consider acceptable product.

We had a great experience working with Erica on a full kitchen renovation. She is very knowledgeable and offered many great ideas, but she is also a good listener who understood our specific tastes and goals and worked hard to help us find what we needed, even when it was a bit unusual or hard to find.

Showcase Kitchens and in particular our designer Erica Caserta, truly brought our kitchen and bathroom dreams to life! It was such a pleasure working with Erica from start to finish. From the minute she stepped into our home, she had a vision and great recommendations. We could not be happier with the final product! Her ideas and style are things that everyone needs for their renovation projects, they just don’t know it yet. Not only is Erica extremely knowledgeable and professional, but she is also super warm and personable. She made us feel special and always had time for a call or chat about the project. We can’t wait to work with Showcase kitchens again and would rate them 6 stars if we could. They say you get what you pay for, but we feel like we got WAY more!

We were utterly impressed with the services provided by Showcase Kitchens. Erica gave us options with our design and made it not only functional but absolutely beautiful. She knew exactly what style we liked, so picking everything out was very easy. The cabinetry is extremely well made and is built to last. Al, who installed our cabinets, was 5 stars as well. He worked very efficiently and was extremely flexible. We had many contractors come through as we remodeled most of our downstairs, Erica helped with many pieces of our renovations and came out to the house when I needed her, she really went out of her way to make sure the entire project came together. My husband wanted to do some of the renovations himself, she worked with him and made sure every base was covered. Erica made our renovations less stressful with a timeless design and craftsmanship. We will definitely use her again in upcoming renovations.

We found out about Showcase Kitchens through friends that had worked with Erica and her team for their Kitchen renovations. Erica worked with us through every facet of the project. When we couldn’t decide what to do she made excellent suggestions. She was very knowledgeable and designed the perfect concept to fit our space. Additionally we loved Al, the cabinet installation contractor. We are so happy with the new space! We couldn’t imagine working with anyone other than Showcase Kitchens and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a new beautiful kitchen!

From the initial consultation to job completion our entire project was handled with respect and kindness. Vinny was able to design and execute the kitchen of my dreams that I had envisioned. All work was done in a timely manner once started without any delays, and all contractors involved arrived on time, cleaned up after themselves and were respectful of my home. I found Showcase Kitchens on Instagram. I was impressed from my very first phone call to them! Vinny took the time to chat with me about our project and we went into the showroom later that day to meet with him. He listened, talked about the process and we left with a plan for him to come to our home to measure our space and come up with some ideas. We were thrilled with his plan for our space! Erica is amazing! Full disclosure, I've known Erica as a friend for about 15+ years. So we hesitated "doing business" with friends, too often that can get messy. But Erica was extremely professional about everything. Very respectful and her attention to detail was impressive. She helped turn our humble little house into a grand little home. Very easy to work with, very responsive. Not afraid to tell my husband he's wrong. !!! Or me. She took both of our separate visions and was able to find the compromise. The work crews doing the work for her were all incredible also, not a problem having any of them in my home. Everyone was very friendly & did fantastic work. They even tolerated our exuberant dog with humor. I'm proud of our new bathroom and kitchen now. I love love love them both. Love showing them off to everyone. Honestly I cannot recommend Erica and the team at showcase kitchens enough. As you might have heard the kitchen is the heart of the home and mine was in need of some serious help. As a kitchen designer she dreamed up a layout that brought my kitchen and the heart of my home back to life. Thank you for all your hard work and dedication to my project. We have done a few projects with Showcase Kitchens. We completed two small projects in the past and were so pleased, we recently built a new house and used Showcase for the kitchen, mudroom, and all the baths. We have obviously, been thrilled with the outcomes. What we appreciate is their willingness to find styles that match our tastes, provide options without overwhelming us, make the recommendation when we get stuck, work together through the challenges a project might encounter, and follow-through during installation. Their expertise is outstanding and we look forward to working with them again.

There are not enough stars for my review of Showcase Kitchens. The entire process was top-notch from the very start. Erica was able to design the kitchen of my dreams and come up with ideas that I would never have thought to incorporate. Every person that I encountered on this project with Showcase was so professional and extremely talented. I can't recommend them highly enough! Thank you Showcase Kitchens Team - you are the best.

We initially met with Vinny and then met with a few others. We decided to go with Showcase Kitchens and my husband & I can't say enough positive things about working with Vinny. From the get-go, from our initial meeting, he listened to what we wanted and worked with our budget. He was patient with our many visits to the showroom. We liked working with his contractor, Guy Hains--and all of his subcontractors. All of them are true craftsmen/women and take pride in their work. Everything was completed according to the schedule and within budget. We couldn't be happier with our new kitchen. Thanks to Vinny, Guy & team. (P.S. -- this wasn't the biggest kitchen reno for them but it was a big deal for us and Vinny made sure we were happy.)

I cannot recommend Showcase Kitchens, and their designer Jessica Fabbri, enough!!! Our kitchen and bathroom redesign results were better than we could have imagined, in our wildest dreams. We met with Jessica at not only the shop, but also at the home throughout the project, and that was an invaluable aspect of this entirely custom project! Jessica was able to translate what we were imagining for function, layout, and color scheme into a viable plan for our contractors and builders. Not only was she able to put together drawings for layout, connect and coordinate with suppliers of cabinetry, tile, grout, appliances, hardware, etc, but was also able to effectively communicate with and between us, our builders, electricians and plumbers, effectively allowing us to simply sit back and have full faith and trust for the duration of the entire process. Renovations are not a simple task, ever, but by contracting with Jessica and Showcase Kitchens, our renovation was a smooth process, with expenses and timeline that were entirely in line with the initial quotes and conversations.

Erica was amazing. I had visions in my mind of how I wanted my kitchen redone. She took those visions and brought them to life better than I imagined. She guided me in my hardware and lighting fixtures to pull the whole project together perfectly.

The team at Showcase Kitchens runs a well-oiled operation. They worked closely with me during the planning and design phase upfront to ensure I would get the kitchen I envisioned. Their communication was impeccable during the renovation- To the point where if the contractor was running 15 minutes late, I would receive a courtesy call on my cell phone to inform me. I felt like I always knew where they were In the build process. Any unforeseen circumstances were addressed immediately and upfront (during demo of a pantry closet where a new hutch was to be built In it's place, we discovered that there was no support beam behind the pantry. They were able to offer me multiple options for a solution and the suggestions didn't affect the end design aesthetic and were not a breach In our costs. Any additions I made to the scope (adding thicker walnut for my island) were met and also nicely tracked in a change order so I always understood exactly where my costs and timeline fell. Vinny Jr, Vinny Sr. and Guy Hains were the main executors on my team. They are top notch. Showcase Kitchens was recommended to my by a close friend that had her kitchen renovation done by them. I have since recommended them to additional friends. Highly professional. Great communication and beautiful design. I'm more than pleased with my complete kitchen reno.

Jessica was very professional. She always had time to discuss the project and plan meetings based on my schedule. She made recomendations and suggestions that I would not have imagined on my own. Many of concepts were implemented into the design. Additionally, Jessica brought the project together on time and within budget. She is very personable and a joy to work with and an asset to Showcase Kitchens! I have recommended Jessica to many of my friends!

We had a fabulous experience with Vinny and the Showcase Kitchens team. We wanted help for our kitchen project from soup to nuts, and Vinny was a great guide for that. We loved working with his recommended general contractor, Guy Hains, and Guy's subcontractors were also fantastic. Quality work, generally on schedule, and stuck to the contracted budget.

Showcase Kitchens was totally professional in their new kitchen layout planning, cost & time estimates, timely communications and on-site execution of this kitchen demolition and reconstruction project. As the Showcase project manager, Vinny was great to work with in all phases. His father did the cabinet installation and always strove for perfection in everything from the cabinet box installation to the cutting and fitting of soffits, toe plates and decorative trim around the under-cabinet lights. He was always on time and a joy to work with. Guy Haines was perfect in coordinating the demolition work, electrical, plumbing, floor and ceiling changes. He oftentimes worked on Saturdays to ensure on-time completion. Both Guy's team and Vinny took great pains to clean-up every night. We always had access to our refrigerator, microwave and oven throughout the process. The cabinets are of a high quality and show beautifully. We could not be more pleased with this team effort.

Jessica at Showcase Kitchens designed and coordinated a much needed reno of our kitchen in the fall of 2017. From start to finish her design and coordination of the various contractors was great. She listened to us, made excellent suggestions and we are thrilled with the end result! We were kept apprised each step of the way and the contractors she worked with were the best.

I approached Erica Caserta well over a year ago with a kitchen project/idea. I completed the bulk of the project by myself, therefore start to finish, my new kitchen took over seven months. Erica and her team were not only patient with me but extremely helpful. Erica made countless trips to my house while I was tearing out walls, ceilings and floors to ensure her ideas would work. She would often stop over and come up with new ideas. Simply put, when I needed her, she answered. Her overall attention to detail was nothing short of amazing. We had a wonderful experience working with Erica at Showcase Kitchens! We needed to do a full kitchen remodel, as well as a downstairs bathroom, mudroom, and master bath. Her plans for the design were spectacular and we would never have come up with them on our own. She was able to come up with a plan that gave us exactly what we wanted- large island, lots of cabinet space, and helped us use our space in the best possible way. Showcase was also very easy to communicate with and addressed any issues we had very quickly.

Jessica is siperb. She is highly talented, detail oriented and a consummate professional. I am not easy to please and she absolutely delighted me.

Liz Whitney from Showcase Kitchens was a pleasure to work with. Doing a complete remodel of our old, outdated kitchen was a daunting task, but Liz's guidance and professional advice was an enormous help. The contractor Liz recommended was a true professional and he and his team were polite and courteous, always cleaning up after the day's work and keeping disruption to a minimum as much as possible. The project came in just slightly over the estimated time frame and the cost was very close also, mostly impacted by some extras we added on during the job. Overall, we are thrilled with our new, spacious and modern kitchen and love cooking in it - thank you Liz and Showcase!

After getting estimates from several designers, I went with Vinny Guarino and Showcase Kitchens because of his enthusiasm, knowledge, and generosity of ideas even before paying the design fee. Everyone at Showcase Kitchens is professional and courteous. I worked with Vinny throughout the process -- he recommended great vendors for countertop, plumbing and appliances, and was patient while trying to find door styles and hardware that worked with the very different tastes of my husband and myself. He was also very good about listening to what I wanted and steering me in the right direction. The cabinet installation was meticulous. We worked with Jessica Fabri at Showcase Kitchens and thoroughly enjoyed the process and results. She is a creative and talented designer, and maximized the space in our mud room, kitchen and laundry and also maximized the budget we had to work with, "got" our style and vision, and integrated function with beautiful choices in materials. I also feel like I am able to make dinner twice as fast because of the layout! The Showcase Kitchen cabinet installer is excellent, and the contractor they recommended, and professionals associated with the demo, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, hardwood floor installation and refinishing, and tile delivered quality work and were a pleasure to have in our home. They collectively have a strong work ethic, take pride in their work, worked well as a team, and were good communicators. They also had to deal with our two feisty dogs, and we didn’t feel like our life was terribly disrupted during the demo and installation. We felt confident in their recommendations because of their wealth of experience, other clients’ references, and appreciated Jessica running coin-tosses by the other designers to access the wisdom of the group. I can’t thank Showcase Kitchens enough for helping make my kitchen dreams come true! We bought a house built in 1924 and knew that an awesome kitchen was just what it needed to bring it back to life. Erica spent countless hours helping me with the design and creating a space that would be the focal point of the whole house. I can’t tell you how many phone calls were made and how many pictures and ideas were exchanged to get the picture perfect kitchen. She also helped with our guest bathroom renovation and designed us a custom entertainment center. Erica is so good at what she does. She has an eye for design and really makes you feel like she understands the look you’re going for. She is patient and understanding, and so thoughtful with her decisions. She went out of her way to make me feel like my project was a top priority and was never too busy to chat about questions or ideas I had. The criteria we developed as we interviewed companies to renovate our kitchen were, quality workmanship, someone that understood our vision, someone with GREAT listening skills, someone we trusted, someone we liked and a team that could meet our demanding deadline. After visiting four kitchen showrooms and talking to their sales people, we knew that Showcase Kitchens was the best choice. The Ultra Craft cabinets were top quality and within our price range. The expert advice and guidance from Vinny was very helpful. He managed to provide much more kitchen space with the frameless design cabinets, plus suggesting space savings items. The installation provided by Vinny Sr. was swift and professional. The appliances were installed with ease and on schedule. It doesn't stop there. Eventually there will be something that needs followup or attention after the sale, and when that happens they respond professionally and promptly.

We hired Showcase to remodel our kitchen and could not be more pleased with our experience. They listened to what we were looking for and were extremely responsive, both during the design process and the construction phase, and we ended up with a kitchen that exceeded our expectations both in terms of functionality and aesthetics. All of the contractors they used were highly professional and reliable, and did great quality work. The project could not have run any more smoothly, and it was completed on time and within budget. All in all, we had a wonderful experience working with Showcase and would enthusiastically recommend them to anyone interested in a kitchen remodel.

From the initial phone call to the completion of my project, Showcase Kitchens made my renovation experience pleasant. Their installer was punctual and paid attention to details. They were also great about orchestrating things with my contractor -- things smoothly rolled along from start to finish.

My husband and I had just purchased a home and knew we wanted to redo the entire kitchen. We had three different companies provide estimates before deciding to work with Vinny at Showcase Kitchen. The price was the most reasonable, and Vinny himself was very personable and provided input while also making sure to listen to my ideas. The project went a little longer than expected, however we are very happy with the results and would not hesitate to hire him again for future projects.

My experience with Erica and the entire Showcase Kitchen staff was excellent. When I started the project, I had a specific style and color scheme in mind. Erica used her design experience to guide me with product selections and layout changes, while allowing me to stay within budget. She was professional, friendly and patient throughout the entire process. The result is a beautiful kitchen, mudroom and bar area. November 14, 2012 When we decided to renovate our kitchen in July, 2011, our first and last stop was at Showcase Kitchens in Canton. As a decorator, I had several ideas of how I wanted our kitchen to look, but I still wanted a professional and well-established kitchen design business to work with me. That’s where Colleen Eckdish’s expertise and confidence grabbed hands with my ideas and our exciting, new kitchen began to come together. Right from the get-go, Colleen expressed her enthusiasm in our kitchen renovation. She explained the quality of the cabinetry Showcase Kitchens offered, showed me the various cabinet designs and re-assured me that the tile backsplash, the granite counter top, cabinet and tile floor I had selected were complementary. And because renovating my own kitchen challenged me right up to the finish, Erika came to our home to take a look at the paint colors I had selected for the walls—and again put the OK on the final touch. Showcase Kitchens was punctual with appointments, and the cabinets arrived at our home the day they were promised. And to top it off, we especially appreciated Doug and Vinny visiting our home to see the finished product. It’s over a year later, and we still delight in walking into our beautiful new kitchen each morning. I had the opportunity to work with Showcase on two occasions. The first was a very extensive kitchen remodel. The outcome was beyond my expectations and 3 years later I wouldn't change a thing. Showcase was fabulous at organizing each step of the project from start to finish. Our second project was a master bathroom remodel. Although it was a much smaller job than the kitchen it was still great to have Showcase there to coordinate the details. I will use them on any future projects that arise.

It was such a pleasure working with Vinny Guarino of Showcase Kitchens this year as we had a house completely renovated. This included completely gutting a large kitchen, master bathroom and powder room, and updating another bathroom. Vinny was instrumental in these projects as he masterfully redesigned the kitchen layout and guided us through the innumerable decisions and details, always with skill, artistry, an eye for precision and a sense of calm. 'Glitches' never troubled Vinny. The people he had doing installations were true craftsmen. The project manager for our house, as well as all of the other subcontractors involved with work here, always enjoyed working with Vinny and appreciated his expertise and team spirit. The end result for our home is spectacular. We will always be grateful to Vinny.

Working with Erica and Showcase Kitchen when remodeling my kitchen was a great experience. She was on mark with every detail. The family owned business was friendly and personable on each and every visit. It has been nearly three years since my kitchen has been done and it still is my favorite room in the house. I loved what they did so much, that this year I hired them for my bathroom and my closet. The level of attention and costumer service was worth every penny and I would recommend them for any home build or remodel.
