I needed to add to my kitchen and Pearl Design was the only place in my area that carried my cabinet. I sent the exact specifications to match my existing cabinets. When the items finally arrived, which I understand covid affected things, 2 months later, they were inaccurate. The rep tried to blame me, and I reshared my email which indicated his error. The rep finally realized this and then sent the correct item but without the glaze, because they didn’t do that anymore, when it was done on the incorrect items. He said I could try to do it myself if I wanted. Took months, which I know is resulted from covid, but not happy with how things turned out. Go elsewhere if you can, but this was the only place that sold what I needed to match existing items.

I ordered cabinets from the Pearl Design Group for two bathrooms and the kitchen. I worked with Ryan Sulda. He made choosing the best cabinets for our house easy with his helpful suggestions and knowledge of home decor trends. He also helped with the design of our kitchen remodel which resulted in a better layout overall. I would return to Pearl Design for future home renovations and recommend them to family and friends.

We had an absolute wonderful experience with Pearl Design group(Ryan). The initial meeting at their office was very cooperative and the communication throughout the order process was great. The order came in on the date expected and were held until our design team was ready. The cabinets look great. Install went well and we are thrilled with them.

Ryan helped us with cabinets and countertops for our newly remodeled kitchen, both bathrooms, a laundry room and an office. The quality and service were top notch. He had the patience to listen to what we wanted and was quick to fix a drawer that came in damaged. He was a great person for putting up with my countertop dilemma as I had many questions. Because he allowed me the time and answered every question, I picked the counter that I love! Highly recommend Ryan and his company!!!

We remodeled our kitchen and purchased our cabinets from Pearl Design. Ryan was the professional we dealt with throughout the entire process. We can't say enough on how great of service Ryan and Pearl Design gave to us! Ryan was able to identify our design style and incorporate that into the proper cabinet selection for our kitchen. We were not pressured to make a purchase and Ryan was extremely helpful every step of the process. The actual cabinets are amazing and we have no regrets using Pearl Design and highly recommend them!

Ryan was so nice to work with. He spent the morning taking me through the showroom to look at all the choices for cabinetry, counter tops and hardware. I shared my biggest fear that I would make a choice that I would regret later. Ryan steered me in the right direction for every choice. He worked hard to design the kitchen I wanted, incorporating all my requirements. Now I have a kitchen I love - and with no regrets.
