We are very happy with our custom kitchen from Northern Kitchen Studio. Caroline was helpful and worked hard to create the best design for our space, while remaining within our budget. The project was finished within our timeline. The cabinets are beautiful and very high quality, and our quartz countertop is excellent and perfectly installed.

Our experience with Caroline Robertson was excellent. She took us through every aspect of our new cottage kitchen in a most pleasant and efficient manner. Her creative ideas and wonderful design flare gave us the confidence to proceed and have our new kitchen installed without any glitches or stress. We are very happy with our kitchen and other cabinets from Northern Kitchen Studio. However, we believe that Caroline should be on site to supervise her tradespeople when they are here. She expected us as customers to supervise the installer of the Caesarstone and cabinets. The caesar stone installer did not bring a big enough crew to carry the goods and was often missing tools - therefore borrowing from others.

Unfortunately from time to time there are complications. Due to the large area we service and as the Designer I cannot be on site at all times ; however I always oversee my projects and should complications arise I deal with them immediately and in a timely manner to the best of my ability . My installers have been with me a long time and are very experienced and always strive to do their best.
I am glad in the end you are happy with our cabinetry .

Caroline was very helpful at helping to design and suggest colour combinations that would work best for the kitchen redesign at my cottage. Her professional attitude and solutions driven responses helped get exactly what I wanted. She also helped in recommending floor tile, back splash and hardwood floor installers. Highly recommended - She knows what she's talking about!!!

This kitchen renovation and was made much easier given the assistance from Caroline. Her knowledge about placement, colour, and design made this experience painless and seamless. Likewise Lutz (cabinet maker/installer) was very professional and meticulous about every detail. Both Caroline and Lutz were a pleasure to work with and are highly recommended.

I was very pleased with the design and installation that Caroline developed and implemented for the reno of my kitchen. Time deadlines were extremely important to me and Caroline was very clear about the schedule and everything was completed on time. I had some definite concepts and she was able to deliver or explain why something wouldn't work. She was right. Every time I go in the kitchen I go WOW why did I wait so long. The colour scheme was not something I would have chosen without her help but boy does it work. Installation went smoothly and now I have a user friendly kitchen with NO unusable space. I highly recommend Caroline for her decorating knowledge and planning skills.

After much deliberation and due diligence I chose Caroline from Northern Kitchen Studio to oth design and install my kitchen that I had been waiting for for many years. As it turned out it was the best decision I could have made! Because every reno project has the occasional glitch (in my case I took measurements for the double bar fridge from the companies website, rookie mistake!), but the craftsman that installs the kitchens is an actual cabinet maker, he was able to cut the island down by 3", after it was already installed, to accommodate both the fridge and the quartz countertop. His name is Lutz and he is a perfectionist, which is exactly what you want when it is the last kitchen you plan on having. Caroline's choice of cabinetry, colours, tiles, pulls etc. were all spot on and will stand the test of time. All work was done on time and on budget! I have no problem giving the highest recommendation to Caroline and her team.

I would highly recommend Caroline. She has worked with me for 8 years in various projects. She is very creative but also listens to you and your ideas. Her colour sense is remarkable. She has also helped with small projects that did not necessarily generate much income for her. Some projects she had only pictures to work from - yet the outcome was excellent.

I hired Caroline to do my kitchen backsplash, and I couldn't be happier! She provided guidance in choosing the tiles, and she did the installation of the tiles as well. The installation was done in a timely manner and the finished result looks great! The backsplash added some character to my kitchen, and really helped to brighten up the space as well. I would definitely recommend Caroline, and would hire her again. Thank you!

We renovated the main floor of our 100 year old Muskoka cottage and it was a pleasure working with Caroline who helped us design our small kitchen. The showroom at Timbermart in Bracebridge was a tremendous help as all the products we were interested in were displayed in actual kitchen settings, and on-line communication kept us in the loop when decisions had to made. Our family has owned our cottage for 16 years so we had a good idea of what we needed. With Caroline's help, we were able to quickly choose cabinets, fixtures, countertop and a kitchen design that would work in our limited space. We are extremely happy with the final look of the kitchen and the quality of cabinetry chosen. We would definitely recommend Northern Kitchen Studio to our family and friends. This is the second time we have engaged Northern Kitchen Studio and worked with Caroline Robertson. Caroline designed and managed the installation of a kitchen at our former home (about 3 years ago) and when we moved we knew that we wanted her involved again. What we like about Caroline is that she listens to our needs and, in particular, our budget constraints. With the current kitchen job (also the case with the former house installation) there were existing cupboards that we felt could be kept. Caroline worked these into the final concept, making some changes including a few new cupboards to blend-in. She also made wonderful recommendations for the colour scheme, in particular the quartz countertops - which we love. We have had compliments from visitors regarding how "everything flows". We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Northern Kitchen Studio and Caroline Robertson.
