Predatory Sales Tactics; they pulled a bait and switch Been in the show room a few times, no one will bother to talk to you. My husband and I finally thought we were going to have one good experience and the sales woman told us that the owner was highly interested in selling a floor model to us at a good price, but she would "have to get back to us to confirm." Usually when a sales person says that, they have a pretty high confidence level in following through with it. Not in this case. I emailed the next business day, no one ever got back to us so we gave them a call. Bait and switch. "Owner doesn't want to sell the floor model, but we will "Deeply Discount" a more expensive model that we have sitting in stock. This is the second time I have had a bad experience with the Luca Lanzetta brand. The first time, we worked with their kitchen line Poliform. The sales girl was unknowledgeable about the brand and it took numerous follow ups to get in contact with her. We were ready to spend a large sum of money on kitchen cabinets for a brand that claims to be "high end" we expected the same type of service. When we went for the initial meeting after providing specs, we asked to see some renderings like most other normal companies in at the MerchMart, but she said that their software doesn't support Poliform renderings. We asked, "who is spending money on a kitchen that they can't even see?" Her response was "I know, it's so silly isn't it?" Shame on us for letting them waste our time again. Give you business to some of the more professional places at the Mart.

I had to select at least 1 star in order to leave a review; had it been my choice a 1/2 star would have been too high. My wife, children (son - 3 & daughter - 7) and I stopped into the Mart on Tuesday, February 21, 2017. We were trying to kill some time before our evening flight back home to New Jersey. Our kids had spotted the really big bathtubs and sins and wanted to go look at them. We went into the first several showrooms and the designers encouraged us to look and touch everything. We get to this particular designers store, which was the showroom with the giant bathtubs. There were people sitting at a dining table. My wife was looking at the kitchen, opening drawers, etc. My daughter went to look at the sink faucet when this man approached us and literally yelled at my daughter and told her not to touch anything. The man looked at my wife and I in a way in which he was assuming that we could not even afford to even be looking. We are wealthy and even if I was interested in anything this man designed, I wouldn't buy from him if he paid me. He is one of the rudest people I have ever dealt with.

This designer is fantastic! I highly recommend his style and the products that he represents. Super clean and contemporary Italian design. I love it all.
