We wanted to do a kitchen renovation and did not know where to start. Krystal helped us every step of the way. She came up with a design that was perfect for our kitchen and followed through to the end of the project. Because of her interior design knowledge she was able to pull together the design elements including cabinets, hardware and countertops. She also went above and beyond in assisting us with floor and backsplash choices as well as wall color's to complement the look. We highly recommend Krystal for your renovation.

We have a new Redl kitchen that was designed by Krystal Threlfell. It is the most beautiful kitchen I have ever seen…… and we love and enjoy it every day. Krystal’s eye for detail is incredible. She thought of everything. The lines, the colour, the function…..She listened to all of our wants and she gave us more than we could have imagined. I can’t say enough about her as a designer….. The quality of the 100% custom cabinets from Rëdl is second to none. I am so glad we decided to go with Rëdl. Their install crew is fantastic too. They are perfectionists!! It feels great to support a Canadian company……their quality is outstanding. I can’t say enough. I highly recommend Rëdl and Krystal- you can’t go wrong.

We had the pleasure of dealing with Krystal for our kitchen renovation. Krystal was the first person we saw when we started looking for our new kitchen. We found Redl Kitchens online and liked the fact that they are a Canadian compan. While we went to other stores, Krystal immediately made us feel welcome in the Redl store. She listens to what you want. She is exrtemely good at directing you towards what will look great in your home. She has a great eye for design and colour choices - things we needed help with. There really wasn't any doubt that we could work with her. I had heard horror stories about renovations, but, using a contractor Krystal recommended, and having them work closely together, there were no issues. (other than backordered items beyond their control - tiles,faucet, lights) The entire renovation which included kitchen, floor refinishing, carpeting and painting went off without a hitch. Krystal has the ability to keep everyone on track, including her clients ! She helped move us toward items that would work in our kitchen, all the while keeping an eye on the budget. Other than extras we wanted, I'd say we were very close to budget. Redl is a custom cabinet maker, so everything fit perfectly. Their expert installation team is extremely meticulous making sure everything was perfect. If you want it, they can probably build it for you. I would not hesitate in recommending Krystal and Redl World Class Kitchens. They produce a great product, with expert design help along the way, making it a very easy process !

It was a pleasure working with Krystal on our recent kitchen renovation. We had been feeling a little overwhelmed with the project but she assisted us in all aspects and decisions from start to finish. Krystal listened to our concerns and made excellent suggestions. With her expertise and attention to detail, our new kitchen is tasteful, functional and timeless. We're very pleased with the result and highly recommend her.

We bought our first home in July. The main floor is a large open space including the kitchen, dining area and family room. Our family never uses the table and always hovers around the island, so we decided to put in a large island. We couldn't find much but came across Krystal, I emailed her and explained we were looking for an island for up to 8 people. Krystal got the information she needed on the space and went to work. When we went in to meet with her in shop she was able to show us the product, we were a little concerned the colour we wanted would be difficult to get, but they had custom options and even had a sample from another custom order they did of the exact colour we wanted! Krystal went above and beyond, she brought samples so we could keep them for a couple days to see the different lighting, and taped out the design on the floor so we could make adjustments if we needed to. Krystal stayed in contact with us the whole way, even helping us find the stools we wanted at a fraction of the price we could find them for! When the counter tops were installed we had some marks in the finish, Krystal dealt with it immediately and even set us up with a kit should we have any issues in the future. Her level of customer service is prestige, and the quality of the work couldn't be better! She will definitely be our first call for our dream projects to come!

I'm not sure where to begin. I completely gutted, (and subsequently renovated), a one bedroom Condo, downtown Edmonton, and simply could not have done it without Krystal. We often joked that it was a great big, little project. Starting with a clean slate, we had to squeeze a kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, living room and dining room into an 800' box. I had some ideas but it wasn't until I put them in front of her that they really came to life. Her technical proficiency, evident from the first time I met her, is unmatched, and she quickly became a primary liaison on the project; managing all aspects of purchasing, (appliances, hardware etc.) set-up and install. The RedL cabinetry speaks for itself but they'd just be boxes without her. She cares...about the project, and more importantly about her customer. Thank-you Krystal. P.S., photo's to come! :-)

Krystal worked with us to design and build the built ins in our new home office. We were absolutely delighted with the end product! Krystal was professional, always took time with us, paid attention to detail (even the ones we missed), and went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied with our end product. She always checked in with us at each step to make sure we were satisfied, and if we had any doubts, she took care of it. All time lines and budgets were met. Redl takes care of their clients well! We would work with Krystal and Redl again in a heartbeat!

We met Krystal by chance while visiting art galleries in the vicinity of Redl Kitchens showroom, where we dropped in to look kitchen designs. We had recently bought an older house as part of our downsizing plans. Krystal introduced us to the Redl Kitchen products and listened intently to our desires and needs. She quickly came up with design options and a cost, all of which looked appealing. We worked closely with her and ultimately came up with a desired option and details. It turned out great, she worked closely with the installers, the general contractor and appliance supplier. The quality of the product and workmanship fit in extremely well with our overall remodelling. The schedules were clearly defined and met as were the costs.

I had my kitchen and ensuite bathroom renovated and got my cupboards, vanity, and counter tops from Redl. Krystal was very patient in answering my questions and did a super job in helping me make excellent choices. I love my new kitchen and bathroom and am glad that I chose Krystal and Redl for my renovations. Krystal took great care to ensure that I was satisfied with the finished product. I'm looking forward to having my guest bathroom and powder room done next.
