It saddens me to hear you had such a bad experience during the recent remodel of your home.
Please allow me to be crystal clear: You have the wrong person.
My name is James Kelly, of JT KITCHENS and BATHS. I am not a contractor, I am a supplier of kitchen cabinets.
John (the contractor you hired) is not the proprietor of MY business and is, to my knowledge, a self-employed contractor you hired on your own.
His employees or subcontractors are in NO way associated with my company, JT KITCHENS.
I am not sure if he represented himself as such, or it was implied because he purchased your cabinets from me.
Posting a negative review such as this IN ERROR, can be extremely detrimental to my business. I take pride in my work and give my clients the utmost care and service, to which I have been doing for well over 30 years.

We at JT KITCHENS do everything in our power to make our customers satisfied with the service we provide. I have been in business, well over 30 years and take pride in all my work. I'm sorry to hear you were in such distress over your project, and I do understand your frustration. It's quite common that people are under stress while doing a major renovation in their home. However, I would like to respond and clarify some items you posted, while leaving a bad review of me and my business. I ONLY supplied your cabinets to you. Your posts sounds as if I am in charge of doing your entire project, but I'd liked to remind you, I am not. You hired a contractor.
Second At time of signing your contract, you changed your sink selection to a farm sink and at the time I thought that was a reasonable request unbeknownst to me that your change to farm sink cabinet would add $500 to the cost. In all fairness, I split it the extra cost to you, and paid $250 towards this change. I thought I was more than fair, and you whole-heartedly agreed.
Third Lazy Susan Base and mullion glass door: The drawings, floor plan and sketches I provided clearly stated those options. To remedy the situation I said I would give you a clear glass door at no charge and you can remove lazy Susan and I will give a shelf at no charge. A relative easy solution and no big deal as this is quite common in the kitchen design world.
Fourth As to my "no big deal attitude",
You showed up in Monday morning to let me know I was missing a cabinet and short shipped 3 pieces of molding. This was my error and truly overlooked. I remedied the solution by ordering a new cabinet, and had it expedited shipped to your home (same week) on Thursday 1PM. I don't think there was any neglect or lack of attention to you or your project.
In closing, I'm sorry you think you had a bad experience with my company. I wish you only good luck in finishing your project with your contractor.
