Residence Design Build Remodel

Keith designed my kitchen (2018) and all my bathrooms (2020). Everything is PERFECT! Form and function combined with absolute beauty! He is wonderful to work with--he listens to your needs and what you are looking for!

Designing our tiny master bath into a dream room was a mighty undertaking. Keith did an amazing job listening to my wishes, observing my style and bringing it to life all within our budget. Probably the most impressive component was working with his Project Manager. He did an amazing job keeping the project on schedule, he communicated daily on delays or what to expect and it was the smoothest construction project I have ever had. The bathroom is just gorgeous and I cannot wait for our next project so we can work with Keith again.

Keith took on the challenge of my small, basically non-functional bathroom. The bathroom had an unusable tub, no shower and there was barely any knee room between the toilet and the vanity. Two other contractors looked at the room before I met Keith. One was only interested in giving me the cookie cutter option of installing a pre-fab type of shower. I think the other one wasn't interested it the challenge and didn't follow up with me. When Keith first looked at the room, I know he took a deep breath but he immediately started to measure and sketch. He had a vision. My vision was to have a Zen bathroom that would be inviting and relaxing. Keith understood what I wanted and worked with my ideas, but he knew what would work and what wouldn't. The result is beautiful, functional and perfect. This project involved complete demolition of the existing bathroom; installing insulation and dry wall, rerouting plumbing, new vanity, medicine cabinet, wall and floor tile. Installation of shower pan and glass, new fixtures and paint. The whole chimichanga, as they say. Keith's team was the best. They were all courteous, respectful, efficient, and always cleaned up after.

My wife and I worked with Keith to remodel our master bathroom. Keith is extremely knowledgeable both in design as well as all types of different specifications of the different elements inside a bathroom. From the first meeting we felt that we could rest easy working with Keith because he would pick the right, quality features that would satisfy what we wanted the bathroom to look like. We had our kitchen renovated. We had new shaker cabinets, quartz countertops, gas stove (converted from electric), farm sink, and new lighting.

Keith was very professional. He listened to our ideas and added some of his own. We gave him a budget and he was able to maintain that budget.
