Great People. Great installation crew. They were very professional and informative from purchase through installation. The installation crew worked quickly and cleaned up their mess.

My fiance and I used Integrity Home Solutions to remodel our master bathroom and it was nothing but headaches. The work that was done was awful. We have called them numerous times to come back out and finish their work, to reinstall a new bathroom vent, to fix leaking pipes, and to fix our cabinets (which still hasn't been done). They couldn't fix our water pipe downstairs that they installed, so they told us to hire a plumber to come fix it which we did, and then they would send us a check to cover the cost... we have yet to see that check and it's been two months now. Since I can't get my $200 back or get my cabinets fixed to the way they were supposed to be, I'm posting this on every site I possible can to warn other customers that this company is bad news and is a very high risk. I regret hiring these people to do our remodel.

Worst experience ever! We hired them in January to do work in our kitchen. It took them 8 months to complete what they told me would be started within 10 weeks of signing the contract and about 3 days of actual labor/work. Through the process - we had 3 or 4 different project managers and every time we turned around a different one quit and we were passed onto someone else. At one point we had a gentleman who they apparently outsourced to help them get the job done. Turns out he was a convicted felon working in our home and managing our project. Next thing we knew he was not paying workers who where there helping him get the job done. We were continuously lied to with every answer they gave us. Things were never ordered for months on end. They wrong sizes were ordered. Cabinets arrived 2 times that were broken. They could not match the cabinet trim and put trim up that was unfinished wood. It was a good thing we were having our cabinets painted by a different company after the completion of their work. It took daily calls to office managers to find out any details on our project, when it would start, where items were, questions on pricing, colors and so on. To top it off - we had to hire someone else to finish the work. Do NOT hire this company for any work. They have the worst customer services and are very unethical.

DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!!!! We signed our contract to remodel our kitchen in November 2016, planning to have our kitchen remodeled in June. We have been lied to every step of the way. First, they cashed our deposit check the next business day even though we asked them to wait a few days for our money to transfer from savings. Second, we were told someone would call in a couple weeks to make an appointment to remeasure our kitchen, but no one did. We called a month later and had to arrange the time ourselves. Matt L came out to measure and ordered door samples for us, which were supposed to come in a week or so. We waited 2 MONTHS and still never got them. We had to call the general manager to bring samples to our house to select the cabinet color and style. Third, we called in April to schedule our start date and talked to the new project manager, Jake. He said he was still getting organized and would call us back in a few weeks. He never did. When I called again, he said probably the end of June but he couldn’t give me a firm date. I’ve called several times since then and the date keeps getting pushed back because apparently it rained a lot this spring and our cabinets are on back order. It is now July and we still have no start date. We hired this company to reduce the stress of our renovation and to have it completed in a timely manner. They have not followed through on both points. I don’t even know if this company is legit or if our kitchen will ever get done. At this point we just want our $5000 back!

I would love to write a review. I love my new windows. I just wish the installer would have been a little more careful. He put a couple of gouges in the sills and left caulk where it should not have been. But my most worse complaint of all is the man who finished the drywall around my sliding glass door. The door is marvelous and works beautifully. The drywall man was a mess. My living, dining, kitchen and breakfast rooms are all in one space and he did not block off the area to be sanded adequately. Consequently I had a white powder mess all over everything. He did clean up a little but the rest was up to me. The windows and doors are great. The installers were sloppy.

Besides the delay in start time by a month, I am totally satisfied with the siding job they did on my house! I even messed a small porch roof up with some tiki tourches during the project, and they re-did that part for free. I definitely feel like I got my moneys worth for my siding.

Last fall I ordered six windows from this company. I specifically ordered them with wood trim on the inside. Six months later, the windows were installed, and I walked in to the room and noticed them putting aluminum cladding on the inside trim. I told them to stop, called the office, and told them to send a carpenter. They installed poor grade lumber inside and put a paint plus primer solution on it (it was supposed to be simply primed). It looked absolutely awful but the carpenter wouldn't finish the installation until I paid. The initial installer (Jamie) did his best--he was very nice. They offered me no price break at all for the incorrect product and poorly executed "fix." My husband spent 16 hours over two weekends filling all the gaps--there were many--and reprising and painting. Do not recommend.

Had new soffit and fascia done on my house. I also had them repair some rot on the old fascia. No complaints at all. The owner of the company came out to do the assessment himself, and the installer did a great job! Went much faster than I expected, and I'll be considering re-hiring the company to do some vinyl siding for me in the future.

We hired IHS to gut and remodel our 4x8 foot master bathroom. The husband/wife crew of Gene and Maureen were wonderful. They are relatively quick, professional and had great attitudes. I especially appreciated how they asked clarifying questions at key points and never assumed anything. They also provided good pros and cons when we had to make important decisions, so we could be happy long-term.
