As a homeowner living in a house designed by an architect & former husband, I have a higher level of direct personal experience with these professionals than most. Elizabeth Feick is an individual I have known for over 25 years. The breadth & depth of experience that she brings to a project, encompassing award-winning institutional experience and wide experience in all aspects of residential design make her an unusually capable & qualified professional for many design projects, and I knew she was the only person who could truly appreciate the nature of my project (changing another professional's work she admired) and how to incorporate my vision with renovation reality. Elizabeth worked with me to provide a design to modify my 20 year old house to provide an update that would respect the original design while improving upon and bringing what was a state-of-the art home (including kitchen) in the early 1990s into the 21st century. Not only is she a design visionary, she is crackerjack with measurements and numbers, a bonus to working with contractors from the original drawings for the house. She worked with me on selection of all aspects: flooring changes, surfaces, appliances, fixtures & lighting as expected, and has an amazing eye & distinction for color. Elizabeth assisted me in interviewing and choosing a local contractor, then worked LONG DISTANCE with us to provide a beautiful outcome. My contractor was skeptical at first, but at the conclusion of our project agreed it was something he would do again if he could work with her given technology and personality. In addition to adding value to my house, Elizabeth was able to understand how to create changes that would enhance and improve the original design and my daily existence. It is hard to believe that my kitchen, dining room and master suite weren't always the way they are now--a masterful integration.

I love my bathroom design and all my friends comment how beautiful it looks. It is now the nicest room in my house!

Very professional. Elizabeth has wonderful design ideas and knows how to make them come alive. Her knowledge of space and color helped me thru a large remodel. She is on budget and deadlines are met. I will use her again in the future.
