Fabian's strongest attribute as a Design Consultant is seeing the potential in any given space. He has the ability to look far beyond the box and introduce his clients to possibilities they never imagined. Fabian's experience ranges from mid-sized projects to multi-million dollar projects, and he is versatile in his design in both traditional and contemporary styles. Prior to starting at Neil Kelly, Fabian studied Interior Design and the Fashion Institute of Design & Merchandising in Los Angeles and continued his education at UCLA. Following his education Fabian worked as a Lead Kitchen & Bath Designer at both Euro Concepts and Cooper Pacific Kitchens in the Pacific Design Center in Los Angeles. Fabian's experience also includes owning a Design/Build Company specializing in residential remodeling and he was formerly a licensed general contractor in the state of California. While at the Pacific Design Center, Fabian developed a reputation for polishing Architectural Plans and re-working spaces. He was often consulted by clients and colleagues prior to construction for his abilities in Space Planning. Since moving to Portland in 2008 Fabian has worked as a Freelance Designer until joining the Neil Kelly family in 2013
