Review: We recently had our bathroom redone through Dreamstyle Remodeling. This review is for the gentlemen who actually completed our project, Robert K. and John P. If you hire this company, ask for this team, you won't regret it. We had a lot of unexpected complications on our remodel. Our initial measurements were off, and we had more extensive water damage than we knew. Robert had to redesign our shower on the fly. He had to reverse the entire floor plan, remove a bench, add a shelf, and remove a cutout. He was patient and reassuring throughout the process. Despite our concerns, he made sure that we would be pleased with the final result, despite the differences between our initial vision and what was possible in our space. The work ethic was impressive. They never seemed to stop. They were mindful of our home, took precautions to minimize any mess, and cleaned up after. Robert and John were definitely the high point of our experience.

I am beyond pleased with DreamStyle Bath Remodeling! The initial & exceptional experience installation was a few years ago. This current experience, I believe, is the diamond in the ruff of a companies backbone. I found a crack in the shower pan about Christmastime. It took a few transfers of my phone call to reach the right person in the right department, but when I did the start to an amazing service care began. Sarah called me back within hours to schedule a person to come to our home to take pictures & access the situation. I don't recall his name, but he was friendly with nice karma & a get in & get going kind of caller. Sarah called within a couple days with information regarding ordering & scheduling the repair later in 6 to 8 weeks out. Ok... I waited. Right at about that 8 week mark, sure enough, Sarah was calling to schedule the actual repair at our time & convenience Yahoo!! Jarrod W., the workman, calls about 7:30am of our repair work day to share their arrival time of about 30 minutes. Again... sure enough!... he drives up to our home in 30 min., comes to our door & introduces himself & best of all... makes friends with our protective dog immediately (that said volumes to me). Bennie R. arrived. He also came to the door & introduces himself. Within minutes both Jarrod W & Bennie (Tuff) R. began working. Layed a brown paper path for their in & out needs. Covered the camode & sink too. They worked consistently & pretty quietly all day behind a closed bathroom door (to keep the dust at bay from the rest of the house). The entire surround shower came completely out, down to the studs & new everything (same hardware) was installed with quality detail. Jarrod W. & Bennie (Tuff) R. are a gift of talent & personal inspiration to custmer care. Their calm, confident karma was so welcomed into our home. No mess!! No damage! No confrontation! Only Good!! All persons I was in contact with for our repair project were wonderful & a true gift to the DreamStyle company. Thank you.

Fantastic work and VERY clean. Very detailed and precise, explaining to us what he was doing every step of the way. Started and finished on time with no surprises.

We had to have our shower re-installed due to a soft spot in the pan. DreamStyle sent out Armando D, and Pablo A to do the re- install. What a dream team. They were courteous, professional and on time. Kept us informed throughout the install. My new shower looks better than the original install.!!!

Robert K and Johnathin P were an efficient and hard working team that did a stellar job. I cannot be more happy. High integrity, great quality. Zero complaints. I have had this done before, and the team of men on this job were the very best!

We had a rebuild completed on our shower following issues with the original install that had been completed in 2020. Dreamstyle offers a lifetime warranty which was easy to access and for which we were very thankful. Fortunately for us, this time around we had Jared W. and Bennie R. to do the work and they did a great job! They were prompt in arriving, explained how and what they would be doing to rectify the problem, made sure that any construction mess was kept to a minimum in the hallways and adjacent rooms, and the area was thoroughly cleaned when they finished. Most importantly - their workmanship on this rebuild was impeccable and we really appreciated their expertise, conscientiousness and attention to detail. First they were able to do the install almost a month early which was great. The installers Robert K. & Jon P. were efficient, professional and personable. They kept us informed every step of the way and left everything spotless. The shower looks beautiful and will work perfectly for my disabled brother.

Dreamstyle made the our master bath shower model job a "dream". From the first information meeting with Shawn S to the install with their guys Jared W and Bennie R to the inside person Jason M who put the job together with the schedule and materials. It went very smoothly and the installers Jared W and Bennie R were so communicative, professional, respected our space, very detailed and did such an awesome job. If we would decide to do our guest bath remodeled, Dreamstyle and this team is who we would hire again in a heart beat. The finished product was exactly what we were wanting.

Our installer Arturo Martinez was great to work with, very professional and an amazing craftsman. Exceptional customer service. His manager Mike, was also very professional and helped us resolve a shower pan we picked incorrectly. We replaced an old tub/shower combo. Our new shower looks beautiful and we are very happy with the project.

He also displayed exceptional creativity and provided valuable information when it came to addressing problem areas in our bathrooms, which had the potential to affect not only the showers' functionality but also their aesthetics. Both Robert and Jonathan exhibited great care and respect for the areas of our house they accessed during the project as well. Notably, Robert was forthright about cost considerations anytime we had to make a new decision, offering suggestions to help us strike a balance between quality and affordability. While we relished the first-class treatment they provided, it was an additional bonus to the true highlight, which was their exceptional craftsmanship. Their end result left us absolutely thrilled!
