We had the pleasure of having Gabe, Ross and their team renovate our kitchen, living and dining room. A project we had put off and glad we did as we found the perfect team to work with. They were fantastic to work with, flexible to our changing needs and always available to answer any questions we had. Project was scheduled for 9 weeks and finished exactly on time. The attention to detail that they and the companies they worked with have exceeded our expectations. No little detail was overlooked, from the little things to the final handover, every aspect was perfect. Their positive attitudes and professionalism was outstanding. We look forward to working with them on our next projects.

We were very nervous going forward with such a big financial & lengthy renovation. The DTP team of Sarah, Ross and Gabe instilled confidence throughout the entire process. Our family of four moved into our home with big plans for renovations that we wanted to have completed ASAP. On the main floor we wanted a complete replacement of the kitchen, about 600 sq. ft. of tile replaced, new lighting, paint and trim. We knew this was ambitious, but Sarah, Gabe and Ross made it all happen in just over two months. They delivered with flying colours in every possible way. They gave top notch design advice, used only A+ craftsmen, stayed within a demanding schedule, and were courteous, professional and honest throughout the project. We will be recommending their services to anyone who asks.

The Design To Perfection team are true professionals. They just completed kitchen renovation and main floor face lift. From project design all the way through to completion, Ross, Gabe and Sarah's primary focus was on their clients needs and satisfaction. I would strongly recommend this company for your reno needs. Right from the beginning Sarah was wonderful. Her choice of colours and helping us decide what would look good together. She designed us an amazing Kitchen that we just love now and enjoy being in. Ross and Gabe and their team of professionals were great too. There were a few challenges along the way, but they were great at explaining the problem and finding a solution. Sarah also did an amazing job on the custom Blinds. Everything just came together so perfectly.

The Design to Perfection team did an excellent job on our kitchen remodel from the demo to the completion of the job. At the end of each work day Gabe and Ross took pains to make sure that the site was clean and free of clutter before leaving.The entire team, designer, installers, electrician, plumber and painters, was friendly and efficient. A cracked new sink resulted in a significant delay to the completion of the kitchen renovation. This delay was entirely due to the supplier of the replacement sink and Sarah, the designer, did everything possible to speed up the delivery of the replacement sink. Despite the upheaval that comes with a renovation, the entire team did their best to make this a good experience.

The DTP team were so amazing. They literally transformed my house. They renovated two bathrooms, updated a third bathroom, updated my master bedroom and fixed my crumbling steps to my front porch. It’s not just that they are talented and professional it’s also that they have great ideas. “This will look good. This won’t.” And they are right. I trust them implicitly. Sonya helped me every step up the way picking out colours asking me what I like etc. She really took the renovations to another level and showed me its all about the details. Her taste is exquisite and she listens to what you like and captures your taste only nicer. When it was all done it looked like a movie star’s hotel bathroom.

DTP are an amazing group of people, very professional, detailed oriented and hire only the best contractors there are, without these guys, we would not have met such incredible people! From beginning to end, there were no surprises or issues as they always kept us up to date with everything. As things progressed, we grew to know Gabe and Ross very well. They are outstanding guys and made the whole process an enjoyable one...especially when you have no kitchen with 2 kids, it can be daunting and stressful, they made this easy! They gave us everything we wanted and then some, they know exactly what people want and deliver. So many thanks and so many words to say about these guys, I will definitely be looking to them on our next project!

Deciding to do renovations on a home is a big decision requiring a large commitment on both a financial and time front. When we purchased our home we went in knowing that it needed renovations. The house was dated, but we were excited at the opportunity to customize our home to suit our family. Being a family physician I work a busy schedule and don't possess the skill set or the patience in taking on the daunting task of doing the renovations. We were in desperate need of a general contractor who would take the time to listen to our extensive list of needs for the home. We needed a team that was well orchestrated, worked well with fully licensed trades, were accessible and were competent in identifying any issues with the home and would take the time to show us and explain to us those issues so we could make informed and sound decisions regarding critical aspects of the renovations/repairs. The team would need to explain where money needed to be spent and why it was needed. We were VERY FORTUNATE to learn about Design To Perfection. From our initial consultation, to riding out all the ups and downs that come with a renovation to the point where we were given back the keys to our home Ross, Gabe and Sarah were always profession, they were there for us, explained the process to us, and took our dream and made it a better reality than what we had envisioned. All our questions and concerns were addressed and we were able to sleep at night knowing we had a trustworthy team who truly are passionate about their work and were looking out for us. I was able to focus my time where it was needed the most: my patients and my family. My family truly has a designer home that we can enjoy for years to come and make memories in. We are proud of the finished product and look forward to making further improvements with the Design To Perfection Team. The DTP team was excellent! I couldn't have asked for better workers. I was worried about doing this kitchen renovation,especially with having to take down a load bearing wall. They made the renovation go so much smoother then anticipated, they were very professional. Every worker that came through our home were efficient,clean and very friendly.
