Custom Creative did an excellent job on our kitchen remodeling project. There were a few minor hiccups due to unforeseen circumstances, but the project was completed and we are very happy with the final results.

Being new to Arizona I didn't know where to go to find a contractor for a bathroom remodel in our home. I am very glad that I found Creative Custom Remodeling to accomplish the project. I spent my entire life in construction and could tell immediately that the products and installation were of the highest standards. I can’t say enough about Custom Creative Remodeling. From initial design to completion… just an extraordinary turnkey experience. I pretty much gutted my place in the Seville neighborhood in Gilbert. It definitely needed updating. And the end product— fabulous! Erika was terrific with design… she rolled her eyes at me a few times… appropriately! Thanks for that! Workmanship was spot on. Attention to detail, immaculate. I lived out of state during the majority of the project. Communication with the company continued without a blink. We hired Praveen and his team to do a ton of repairs on the outside of our house as well as our stucco fence and paint our house. They also did a lot of stucco repair on our house and fence. They did a phenomenal job. They had a very tight deadline to work with and as we were planning a party and needed everything completed before then. They were on time, very professional and did an excellent job!

We recently had our master bath remodeled by Custom Creative. It consisted of removing the tub and existing shower as well as a large window. Custom Creative came highly recommended to us by a trusted friend who had used them for a large kitchen/dining room remodel. Everyone in the company lived up to our every expectation from the owner, Praveen down to every craftsman that was part of the project. Linda was very helpful in our design phase, selection of materials and making sure all details were taken care of. We enjoyed working with her. The project required leveling out the shower floor to make it a walk-in for easy access. Jesus was an excellent craftsman, very particular to make sure the tiling was just perfect. Everyone was so respectful and courteous. We also appreciated that at the end of every work day all areas were cleaned up and tools stored away. We now have a beautiful master bath that we are so proud to show off to friends and would highly recommend Custom Creative to anyone needing their services. I should also mention that we were on a bit of a tight timeline and they kept their promise of getting the job finished by the deadline.

I wanted to share picture pictures of our 2016 shower remodel from Custom Creative Remodeling. As you can see our shower grout has melted away like butter even though we were sold a upgrade for Fusion grout that was supposed to be waterproof. You can see that after not even 5 years my shower will need to be replaced, as I have water seeping through my grout, cracks in my tile and the flooring is popping out. I actually went with the most expensive bid hoping to get quality work but, now having to start over before the 5 year mark.

Had a great experience with Custom Creative! They established great communication throughout the job and completed things when they said they would. They were professional and considerate. I will happily recommend them to friends and family!

We had Custom Creative do our kitchen eight years ago and because of that experience asked them to redo our Master Bath. Absolutely ZERO complaints and only positive comments from start to finish. Wowza! Huge project to take on but sooooo worth it. Where to begin . If your expecting perfection, this is the company; however, the saying is true with these guys “you get what you pay for”! I feel as though I walk into a spa everyday now with Anna’s design crafting to tile man “little Jesus” and his every detail wanting to make sure we are happy! We hired Custom Creative Remodeling to remodel our kitchen. Quality and Timeliness are one of the biggest factors for us when we were selecting contractors, since the house was on Market. REVIEW OF CUSTOM CREATIVE REMODELING MAY 2020 I contracted with Custom Creative Remodeling in Mid-September, 2019 for my small one bedroom/one bath condo project. I had other bids that quoted a lower price but Praveen Puranam, the owner of Custom Creative Remodeling, said they could get it done fast (by Thanksgiving, 2019). I missed Haleigh and her excellent attention to detail when she left to have her baby in early October, 2019. There was a major project delay to acquire a permit that was required by the City. They also had closed up a wall before the plumber had replaced a clean-out cap, so near the end when it leaked, it had to be repaired. Praveen was very accommodating with any changes that I would request. One major change I made was to add “Hardi-Backer” between the sound barrier and the tile flooring. Though this added to my costs, the risk of broken tiles over time will be greatly reduced. As far as the initial payment schedule, I had to be flexible; adjustments over the course of a project are probably normal with any contractor. Both Praveen and Haleigh are good people. I don’t think Haleigh will be returning. Praveen tries very hard to keep clients happy. Nearing the end of my project, I became very proactive by making phone calls myself to companies who still needed to complete something for my project (examples: to fix the sliding glass door and to schedule the installation of taller kitchen cabinet crown molding). Official end-of-contract date was mid-May, 2020. Now that my small project is finally complete, I am very happy with my remodeled condo.

We recently purchased our lovely (10-year-old) home in Surprise. While almost perfect as-is, we wanted to do something special for ourselves that would make sense as we age by remodeling the master bathroom. We decided that the existing jetted tub would not be used often, and we didn't care for the small, glass shower stall that lacked privacy and was already in need of repair. When we asked our mortgage lender if he knew of someone that did bathroom remodeling, he immediately referred us to Custom Creative Remodeling. Under the direction of the company's founder, each team that came to complete their share of the work was absolutely great. Every person was experienced, professional and given the freedom to express their creativity to design exactly what we were looking for in a modern, attractive and functional bathroom. Our designer, Erika, was wonderfully perceptive in understanding our personal preferences and decorating style. In fact, when we visited the tile company to choose materials, she already had products selected that were perfect for our concept. Walking through the yard to pick out granite was a blast with so many amazing products to choose from! We wish we could give 10 stars for this review. We are so excited to be able to use our new bathroom daily, and even more excited to show it off to visitors! If you're looking for a home remodeling company that you can trust will not just do a good job, but will exceed your expectations, you need not look any further than Custom Creative Remodeling! Custom Creative not only remodeled my kitchen but they also remodeled my master bath last year. I am so happy with all the work they did. They were referred to me by a friend of mine & I could not have been happier. Art, the contractor always listened to my thoughts & ideas & Anna, the designer, welcomed my suggestions. My kitchen looks like a million dollar kitchen & I love working in it. Even though we didn't extend the kitchen, just by raising the ceiling, it looks like we did. I just wish I had another kitchen to remodel or another bathroom. I would definitely use them & I will most definitely refer them. I just wish there was a 10 star rating & not just 5. In addition, all the workers were very professional & always cleaned up after the work was done. All of them, always listened to my concerns.

Custom Creative Remodeling remodeled our master bathroom shower from a small snail-shaped to a beautiful spacious shower. The workers were always on time, were very meticulous, and even cleaned up after themselves well. The quality of the workmanship, especially by the guys who installed the tile was amazing. I chose 48 x 24 inch tile which was extremely heavy and difficult to work with, they took their time and were very precise with the installation. We even had an exposed pipe that had to have tile baseboard go over it, they figured out the fix by filing the back of the tile, you’d never know we had the problem. I was able to constantly contact them with questions and I believe I always had an answer the same day. It was pricey but that’s because of the products I chose. We had Custom Creative remodel our 3 other showers 2 years ago, and with each one we’ve been pleased. I highly recommend them.

I highly recommend CustomCreative Remodeling for any major or minor home improvement projects you are considering. We did a complete remodel of our kitchen and house entryway (removal and addition of walls/windows) along with a replacement of over 1100 Sq ft of dated saltillo tile flooring, 2 bathroom upgrades and a refacing of a fireplace. The team did an excellent job in designing the new space; insuring not only engineering integrity but creation of a functionally rich new working kitchen/bar area space with a wonderful new color palette that works for the entire house. They provided a detailed line item breakdown of all the work done and including design change orders that we made along the way. The workers were top notch craftsman who delivered high quality work from floor & backsplash tiling, countertop fabrication, new electrical, framing, drywall, texturing, plumbing, etc. The guys were always on time and each day the job site was left clean after working. Communication with everyone involved who came to the house was easy and effective. A++ grade performance!!!

Art Herrera and Anna Drew are talented professionals who guided us through a bathroom remodel as well as an entire house repainting and travertine refurbishing and sealing. We have had three projects down by Custom Creative. Kitchen, entertainment area and most current our guest bathroom. The knowledge and work quality of their brick and title layers was exceptional. The lighting in our kitchen and entertainment center was design in a way that highlighted both areas to look very elegant and there is a natural flow from one room to the next. Also having the owner so involve kept projects on schedule and within budget. He came up with ideas that enhanced the beauty of the areas that were being worked on. Custom Creative Remodeling was an excellent company to work with. They were perfect with their timing and getting the job done. The gentleman who installed the kitchen tiles did superb, high quality and precision work. The counter top installers were great, fast and did excellent, high quality work. The installer of the floor tile did wonderful, perfectly fitting work. His finishing of the tiles was and still is excellent. Haleigh Lueders was impressive with her design knowledge and solutions to potential design problems. We could not have asked for better. She also has excellent taste and comes up with great, very creative suggestions. She was a jewel to work with, especially in regards to the selection of tiles, color schemes for the tiles, the selection of the beautiful sink, its color, etc. Art Herrera was excellent and a perfect project manager. His broad knowledge with all aspects of the work to be done in the remodeling process is impressive. He was great examining and inspecting the workers' execution of work. We felt very well taken care of by Art and developed mutual trust right away. Both Haleigh and Art were most helpful, friendly, forthcoming and exceeded our expectations. They are rare individuals in terms of their work ethic, precision, reliability and quality of work expectations. Custom Creative Remodeling should never let them leave for other employment. There were two problem areas: The reverse osmosis water filter installer (plumber) did something wrong. We had leaks. The electrician made several connection mistakes (with the kitchen outlets) in the kitchen creating shorts in several outlets and the corresponding circuit. Personally I would not hire this electrician. We used our own electrician to fix this.

Quality of work is excellent but a few times workers did not show up. Overall we are extremely happy with the bathroom remodeling and would recommend Custom Creative Remodeling.

Custom Creative Remodeling truly exceeded my expectations! I relied on Haleigh for design since that’s not my forte, and I was very happy with and took her initial idea. The entire team was a pleasure to have working on my project. Jose did an amazing job on the herringbone tile work (there was a lot of it), Rudy kept the construction as tidy as possible, Manny painted everything beautifully and Jesus was very efficient with the electrical work. The quality of it all is just perfect. This team finished the project on schedule and it’s everything I had wanted! I highly recommend!

We contacted Praveen on the recommendation of an acquaintance and local reviews for a remodel of our master bathroom. Praveen was always very positive and reassuring throughout the process and his workers (and sub's) were exceptionally proficient, respectful and responsive. Although the final cost was higher than the original rough estimate and there was one hiccup (which was addressed efficiently), the final product was superior and certainly worth the additional expense. We recently had the pleasure of working with Praveen and his incredible team. We were in search of a new home but due to the sky rocketing prices, we decided to do some upgrades to our current home. We heard about Custom creative through word of mouth and we couldn't be more happier with the choice. From the moment we met till the completion of the work, Praveen was there all the time guiding us through the decisions and he planned the construction with minimal impact to our normal routine. We replaced our carpet with wood plank tiles and installed back-splash tile in our kitchen. I still remember the numerous trips he made along with us to different stores in picking a right tile that we liked and that fits within our budget. He went above and beyond to make us happy as we changed our mind on the color for electrical outlets after the installation. When we said that we did not quite like the color we picked after installation, he asked his electrician to come back to our house to swap all the outlet plates at no additional cost to us. We had an excellent experience with Art and Haleigh. We hired Custom Creative to gut and completely remodel our 1990s master bath. While we had general ideas about the design, Haleigh helped us choose gorgeous modern finishes that look great. They were reliable. The subcontractors were meticulous. Minor issues that arose during the remodel were addressed and corrected promptly. We recommend Custom Creative for remodeling. While they may not provide the fastest construction schedule or the cheapest quote, the final product is high quality and worth a little extra time.

I have a small townhouse in Scottsdale AZ. Built in 1987, it needed a makeover to bring it up to modern standards. I hired Custom Creative after interviewing 3 contractors. Praveen and Haleigh came to my home, took photos and measurements and came up with a price. The other bidders did not go to that same level of effort. Bid was very competitive, but what convinced me to hire them was their enthusiasm for the project. I offered several ideas of my own and they were receptive to my input. Project began and Praveen stayed in-touch throughout process. His crew was very courteous, answering any questions I had. They would ask for clarification if something was unclear and cleaned up after each day's tasks. Project is now complete and I'm delighted with result. Praveen's attention to detail, his honesty, integrity and thoroughness kept project moving forward. His crew even did a few things not in the contract because they wanted to be sure it was "done right" and "up to code." My experience with Praveen and Haleigh was very positive. Haleigh helped choose materials and colors and worked with several different suppliers to keep costs within my budget. We have had an outstanding experience with our remodel. From the expertise of the planners and designer to the top notch workmanship of all the craftsmen, the project finished on time and under budget. Custom Creative Remodeling ROC#298851 We would like to acknowledge the fine workmanship and very professional treatment we have received from Praveen Puranam and his Custom Creative remodeling team. In August 2014, Praveen and his team did a complete renovation of our master bathroom. The work consisted of removal of a garden style bathtub, installing an elongated glass enclosed shower, retiling the floors, replacement of mirrors and lighting fixtures and sink basins, upgrading all plumbing features, and replaced the large bathroom window with glass block. The room was also repainted in grey tones to finish the upgrade. This remodeling effort won a national award. Pat and I were so pleased with Praveen and Custom Creative that we had them upgrade the counter tops and sink basins in the guest bathroom and powder room to match the master bath upgrade. This work was performed in December 2014. We moved to a new home in January 2016. This home featured carpeting in the master bedroom, the mother-in-law suite and the office. We wanted the home to be completely finished in same 20 inch tile throughout. Praveen was able to locate a cache of tile from the same original run to complete our tile floors. His team removed all the existing carpeting, prepared the foundation flooring and installed the tile. All the work performed was completed in a timely and most professional manner. There was very minimal impact on our daily routine while the tiling work was performed. If you are searching for an expert and award winning remodeling team, we highly recommend Praveen Puranam and his team. You will not be disappointed. Kitchen countertop project: I put together a general scope of work for my project. Every contractor that bid this was working from the same set of requirements. CustomCreative was the only contractor who both understood and improved the SoW before making their proposal. Their bid was realistic and extremely competitive. Terms were fair. Praveen (owner) also indulged my desire to clarify the final contract with more details. This was a very good sign. Their office is in Scottsdale, my home is in Sun City West....no problem - they're happy to do business with far west metro customers. All of their craftsmen are terrific; skilled and easy to work with. Project communication was top notch and I could not be happier with the final results. Custom Creative Remodeling were wonderful to work with - especially Anna, the designer. She was the primary reason I wanted to go with this company. I am a repeat customers of CustomCreative. Both of my projects involved installing granite and both turned out beautifully. Praveen has a great eye for yielding an optimum result. His crew executed the vision, even making custom cuts and adjustments on site. We had some installation problems in the past with 3 other installers (including one of the "big name" floor retailers) before we found Custom Creative. Praveen, Art, Rudy and their crew are very detailed and were finally the ones to fix our floor and do the job right. We did have some issues, but Praveen made an effort to make things right and showed he really cares about the happiness and satisfaction of his customers. We have been repeat customers of Custom Creative and they are the only ones we want to use when we are doing a flooring project.

This review covers two complete house remodels - mine and my sister's who lives down the street. I believe this was the first time Custom Creative took on two jobs in the same family at the same time. We met Anna, the designer, and Art, the project manager, at the January, 2016, Maricopa County Home & Garden Show. We had an immediate connection with both of them. We liked the idea that Art would be involved at all times during the remodels. We first met at the respective houses to review our "wish lists" and go over the scope of the work. We then met with Anna at her office in Scottsdale. We had done considerable groundwork before meeting her choosing furniture, tile, flooring, cabinet colors, etc., that we liked. Some she liked and some not so much. She was able to incorporate some of what we had chosen with her suggestions and ideas and produce a cohesive and beautiful design for each house. She never once forced us to accept one of her ideas. The projects started on time. We cannot say enough about the workmanship and craftsmanship of the guys who did the work. They are true artisans. There is a reason "custom" is in their name - you will never find this kind of quality in a "big box" store. They were friendly, courteous, on time, and left the jobsites, for the most part, clean and tidy. We had a few small issues throughout the projects (as is to be expected), but all were addressed quickly and professionally to everyone's satisfaction. If we had to say one thing negative about Custom Creative (and the only reason we did not give them five stars), it would be followup on punchlist items after the main job is completed. Both of us are still waiting for issues to be resolved. We would both highly recommend Custom Creative and would not hesitate to use them again if the need arose. It was a real pleasure working with Anna and Art.

My wife and I hired Praveen and his team to completely remodel 2 bathrooms and replace the floor tile in the kitchen of a condo. From the first day of demolition to clean up on the last day, Praveen and his team did an amazing job at a very reasonable price. Unlike many remodelers, Praveen will work with you to keep the cost of the project within your budget (we were able to buy some of the fixtures at a great discount and Praveen and his team handled the installation). We were very impressed with the character and quality of each of the teams involved in the project. They were polite and professional and the quality of their work was outstanding. The thing we were most impressed with was Praveen’s approach to our remodel. It wasn’t just a project, it was a partnership. When we were having difficulty finding someone replace our hot water heater and change out of angle values at a reasonable price, Praveen was able to set us up with his plumber (Les Beaman) who did a great job and saved us several hundred dollars. The other thing we were impressed with is the total commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. When we ran into an issue between the tile guys and the plumber, Praveen and his various subcontractors worked together to come up with a creative solution that minimized rework and kept the project on schedule. The teamwork was fantastic. The bottom line is that Praveen and his team did what they said they would do, when they said they would do it and the results were amazing. Should my wife and I have another remodeling project in the future, I will be making just one phone call to Praveen.

We hired Custom Creative Remodeling for a large kitchen remodel project. Their professionalism, knowledge and attention to detail was outstanding. The remodel was no small undertaking, and the people they have working for them, obviously have the complete know how of the remodeling process. Towards the end of the project, the "personally assigned" project manager completed several, detail oriented walks of the project to ensure the project was perfect. We contracted with Custom Creative to remodel our home, with the bulk of the work involving the kitchen, master bathroom, guest bathroom and flooring throughout the house. The tile and counter top work is exceptional. Although the flooring was all the same material, that part of the job was complicated and labor intensive because the flooring pattern changed from room to room. Time management was a weak spot, as the job completion date was pushed out on more than one occasion. In spite of this shortcoming, our assigned manager, Mehul Mistry, was always accessible and a pleasure to work with.

We love our new bathrooms! From the beginning to end, Custom Creative did a fabulous job with our bathroom renovation. Jennifer did an amazing job at taking our ideas and making them into a design! She made the design phase fun and exciting as she helped pick materials and gave us great recommendations in layout and functionality. Every person who came to the house during each phase of the project was professional, courteous and thorough in their work. The tile is so well done and everything is finished to great detail. Based on a recommendation from a friend we hired Custom Creative to redo our laundry room. They did such a wonderful job that we also had them redo our Master Bathroom. We were very pleased with the quality of work from Custom Creative Marble and Granite. Moises's tile workmanship was excellent. When I had issues with the medicine cabinet and film on the tiles, all was taken care of to my satisfaction. The bathroom remodel was not a fast process and the communication could have been better but.. .We now have a beautiful bathroom we can be proud of as can Praveen, Jennifer, Mehul and the rest of the ram who did an excellent job.

Jennifer and Priveen were to show up for the initial consult prior to receiving an estimate. Well Jennifer showed up but He couldn't be bothered to keep the appt. Jennifer stated she would just take care of preparing everything for the estimate. When we showed up for the appt the following week the estimate was not ready and no one bothered to let us know there was no need to drive across town to their office. We decided to go with another company and I would recommend you do the same unless you have unlimited time to waste.

Praveen and his team at Custom Creative transformed our disgusting 30 year old shower stall and "garden tub" into one over-sized, two-head shower and we couldn't be happier with the results! The project included digging up the foundation to put one drain in the middle, closing up the large window over the garden tub and installing a long rectangular window up high on the wall to maintain privacy while allowing light in. My main concern was achieving maximum functionality and ease of cleaning. Two other key factors considered were blending the new shower with the existing bathroom design and decor as well as planning for the ability to "age in place" by including ADA compliant shower entry and grab bars. From the first meeting, Praveen and his team seemed to understand what we wanted from this project. They provided us with a detailed scope of work contract that clearly described what additional charges we might incur depending on our choices of finish materials and fixtures. His designer, Jennifer, took me to a number of tile stores and we were able to find a tile that blends beautifully with the existing flooring and vanity. It was refreshing to work with a designer who allowed for my tastes rather than the latest fad. I further complicated Praveen's job by requiring the work to be completed before a surgery I had scheduled. I wanted to come home to a new clean, functional shower and not have to go upstairs while on narcotics. He juggled schedules and got the project done right on time. Even with the rushed schedule, his tile guys were amazing craftsmen and did beautiful work. His plumbers and carpenters were excellent. All were polite and considerate of our home, working hard to keep the mess to a minimum. We're very pleased with our shower and plan to have Custom Creative do a kitchen remodel we're considering later this year.

I enjoyed working with Jennifer on a design for my master bath. When she and Pirveen arrived for the initial design consult they were very professional and listened to my needs and my budget. My "wants" were somewhat above my budget allowance and we discussed several options.arriving at what I believed was a reasonable compromise. I then traveled to Scottsdale for another consult and I thought contract signing however costs had 'exploded' out. At that time I did not have the positive experience with Pirveen others seemed to have had. Because I questioned some the numbers that had changed from the original consult he became very disrespectful and agitated and there was no longer a comfort level on my part. I am sorry I did not get to work further with Jennifer, she seemed very competent and had some great ideas for the space.

We had no intention of remodeling our bathroom until our shower started to leak. We made a list of all the things that our ideal bathroom would have. We then had several companies give us an estimate. Several said that some of the items would not work in our space. A friend told us about Custom Creative. Preveen came out and he listened to what we wanted. He came up with the perfect plan for our bathroom and every item on our list was included. We signed the contract and met with Preveen and the designers from Custom Creative to pick out all the materials for our project. Again, they listened and understood what we wanted. We felt that they did an excellent job. Remodeling is never a fun thing to go through, but they made it as uninvasive as possible. The project was left tidy every evening and the workers were on time and conscientious. Our new bathroom is everything we wanted and more. Would we use Custom Creative again?- in a heartbeat.

We are very pleased with the final product, a remodeled master bath with an attractive, spacious walk-in shower and updated vanity countertop and fixtures. The Owner and Designer offered very helpful advice on design and material choices. The Owner made sure any issues were resolved to our satisfaction, included some rework. The owner used sub-contractors who, with one exception, did fantastic work. Danny and his crew that did wall and floor tile installation did meticulous work. Communication between owner and subs were not consistently good. It helped that we were on site daily to ensure all elements were on track. The project time ran over one month beyond the initial estimate, but we indicated that we were in no hurry for completion. The Owner listened well to our desires and even allowed a change in materials mid-project.

Our experience with Custom Creative We met Art Herrera at Arizona Tile while looking at granite samples. Art gave us some rough numbers for what we were thinking of doing. We invited Art and other fabricators to give us an estimate for replacing existing tile countertops, faucets and kitchen sink. All the bids were competitive in price while Arts bid was more detailed and better explained. Art also offered some enhancements that others didn't (reinforcement of island granite underlayment overhang). We asked Art to give us some ideas on the project from his experience as a fabricator. He asked what we wanted and then gave us alternatives that we accepted and made the whole project much better than we had laid out. We don't feel like we were pressured into taking his suggestions. When we asked for a special item he knew right off what we wanted and found it for us. Art was extremely helpful in our selecting the granite, sink, backsplash and the fixtures. We were not sure about the backsplash selection. Art laid out tiles for us and his suggestion were spot on. We are very happy with the look. The demolition was started and completed in the timetable we were given. The workers on site were professional, courteous and very respective of our home. The installation people also started and finished per the schedule and just like the day before everyone was professional, courteous and respective. All the timelines for the project were met as promised with exception of the completion date. That was due to our selection of one of the faucets and the trim tiles for the backsplash that were not readily available. Every thing Is done now and is getting great reviews from friends and neighbors. We will defiantly recommend Custom Creative. Please pass along our appreciation to all the people involved with our project.

Praveen team was great to work with; they remodeled my master bathroom with awesome walk-in shower. We had very small shower with garden tub next to it. Now we have one large shower with bench, 2 hand-held shower heads and ceiling mounted rain-shower head, with new can light in the shower. Jennifer found the right deco band that would complement the travertine tile we selected. Additional work Custom Creative Remodeling provided us and in expedited manner, to meet the holiday schedule when family would be in town, they removed popcorn ceiling in bedrooms and family room and retextured ceilings, re-grouted my stairs and hallway with epoxy grout, painted pretty much whole house walls and ceilings, added new back-splash to existing kitchen countertops. Jennifer was great to work with in helping us choose the right pattern and materials – the colors and textured she found for us really make our countertops pop and all come together. I highly recommend them. They would be tops on my list for recommendation and I have already referred them to many of my friends.
