South Bay Green

We have been working with Bradco since 2008 and they have always done a fantastic job. They own their own cabinet factory so can make anything, including custom pieces for vanities and furniture. They have a great showroom so you can go and look at and choose from many finishes. Bradco are also able to install your cabinets since they have a contractors license, this makes the install very easy.

We just completed a major renovation of our Hancock Park home. After extensive research with interviewing many contractors our Architect insisted to interview Bradco Kitchens and Baths and B & R Construction. These two companies work hand in hand, where Bradco supplies all the Materials and B & R Construction performs the labor. Bradco produced or custom made cabinetry and B&R installed it all. Well organized, on time and professional. If you look for a bargain don’t waste your time, these guys are not your “Craigslist contractors”. They are professionals and they know what they are worth. At the end of the day we were not sorry that we spend more than some of the other bids we got. We have heard plenty of horror stories about other contractors that various friends of ours worked with and we were very relieved that nothing of that kind happened on our job. Job well done, thank you B&R and Bradco. Special thanks to Michael the Austrian owner who was always available to answer questions and give advice. Highly recommended.

Excellent service. Made the whole process sooo easy to get through, Between Rachael, our designer, and my girlfriend I did have to do much at all. We went with a traditional kitchen with walnut cabinets, and silestone countertops.

I am the type of customer who demands more than just a product or service when I purchase anything from a company. I work hard for my money and take pride in my work. I expect the same from any business that I choose to give my patronage. Therefore I tend to stick with smaller more personal institutions. Let me also note that I am a referral addict! I tend to trust my family and (most) friends advice and referrals which is what led me into Bradco Kitchens & Baths. I bought my first home in 2009 and was in desperate need of new cabinets, flooring and a general sprucing up. The problem is, I am a stockbroker and had no idea where to start or how to get the modern/functional kitchen I desired. I walked in and was impressed by the extensive showroom but maybe a litte more overwhelmed by all of the options. So many Door styles, finishes, stains, and wood species seemed to be too much to choose from, until I was greeted by thier in-house designer, Rachel. She sat me down and guided me through the process, asked me simple questions and picked my confused brain for my vision. What really impressed me was bieng greeted by Jessica the owner, who simply came by to introduce herself and chat about what brought me to them. I left an hour later quite impressed and much more relaxed about getting into my project. I visited a couple other local companies but none seemed to fit my standards like Bradco. To make a long story short. Rachel and the Bradco team were my top choice and one year after my first meeting, I am writing this review from my gorgeous semi-modern kitchen. I am proud to have chosen the right design firm, and installers (they offer in house installation) to fit my project. Thanks Bradco, KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK! J. Kai

Major Kitchen remodel, moving walls, redoing plumbing, custom made European cabinetry. Actually found them on Houzz. Great company, very satisfied. I highly recommend them. They have a wonderful showroom on Pico Blvd in Los Angeles.

I am so happy I walked in Bradco Kitchens and Baths showroom 6 months ago! I moved in LA with my husband 2 years ago and we decided to get our own property. We bought a very cute house not too far from Pico and Fairfax where Bradco’s showroom is, but the kitchen, as well as the bathroom, definitely needed to be remodeled. Margaret, one of the designers, helped me right after I first visited their showroom. She was very professional, she understood right away our tastes and what we were looking for: something modern, but nothing too much, and the kitchen needed to be very convenient for cooking as we cook a lot. A few days after she came to our place, started to take measurements. As we needed custom cabinets, because the shape of our kitchen is very different from what we can see usually, Bradco’s own factory created the cabinets. I so loved their work. The craftsmen are very professional, precise, and I could not be happier. The lead time was respected for everything, Margaret always took or returned my calls and it was always a pleasure to speak with her, she is a very sweet person, as well as very professional. She also helped me with the appliances I needed, and once more, she understood right away what I was looking for. The construction team also did a great job! Everything got installed in time. Thanks Bradco!

Bradco Installed my kitchen, pantry, and laundry room with cabinets, sink and all hardware. Services was ok/good during order and installation. Then I had difficulties with broken hardware about 5 years later. Bradco turned a simple purchase of new hinges into a nightmare. First they denied ever doing the work, that they never used the broken hinges I was trying to replace and quickly inferred that I was lying. My contractor soon found the work order. . . I am still waiting for replacement hinges. There no excuse to call a customer a lair. The Bradco representative stated that I never had any work done by their company, that all I had purchased were handles and that their company had never used the inferior hinges that I needed to replace . When she could not find a work order with my name or address, she became very rude. I am sure she thought i was not a customer, which is no excuse. I went to PURCHASE new hinges and she treated me as if I was a criminal. I became very angry when she kept insisting that i was lying, just as any person would get angry when confronted. The situation was made worse by owner who also could not find any info on my extensive remodel, and even after she located the contract with the contractors name she proceeded to yell at me that I needed her help so I should be nice and take their abuse. That was when I hung the phone up and found the hinges myself, purchased them myself, and installed them myself. No, i do not need your help.

its too bad that there are no review sites where business owner can review their customers. As Ms. White stated, the kitchen was purchased under her contractors name but when Ms. White came in to replace the hinges she gave us her name instead. We were simply not able to find her in our system, it's not that we were unwilling to help her, but with no documentation it's impossible to find out how to even replace or repair what she needs. Her kitchen was purchased in 2008 and the designer she spoke to in our showroom simply did not recognize the hinge. We sell a variety of cabinetry from different manufacturers and they all use different hinges. Ms. White went into such a RAGE because we were unable to immediately identify the hinge and because we were unable to find a record of her purchase she stormed out of the showroom. She then came back to us about a week later demanding to speak to the owner. Being the owner, I took the call and the customer (in the most aggressive, rude and abrasive way) told me how unprofessional the person who she spoke to a week earlier was, and that she was basically called a liar because my designer told her that she did not recognize the hinge and that we could not find her purchase in our system. She then went on to tell me that her project was in fact purchased under her contractor's name. With this new information, I did find the order and told Ms. White to please give me some time to investigate what hinges she needed. During my phone conversation with Ms. White I had to ask her several time to please lower her voice and to please not speak to me in such an aggressive manner. To add insult to injury , Ms. White then told me that she would like to speak to "the real owner". This of course offended me and I asked her why she would say such a thing. The conversation got so out of hand and the client continued to yell and scream at me for no reason, that I had no choice to tell Ms. White that I am unwilling to continue our phone conversation. I think any self respecting person would do the same.

It is our policy to try and help anyone regardless if the product is still under warranty or not, however myself and my staff also have the right to refuse service when we feel we are being aggressed and/or abused.

Ms. White - I am still willing to help, feel free to call me if you are able to calm yourself and speak to me in a respectful and decent manner.

Over the course of the last dozen years I've visited and purchased from most of the kitchen and bath showrooms in the Los Angeles area in search of products for my interior design business. Bradco, hands down, has the best cabinet options in town for residential or small business remodels. With several top manufactured brands and their own factory, they can make any casework I design. It's the perfect blend of local cabinet maker custom flexibility and big factory quality and finishes. Their philosophy is really open to being innovative and I love that they're really excited about good design!

Love Bradco Kitchens and love my new kitchen. At first I had no idea where to start with my new kitichen so I went to all the big box stores first and while the customer service there is okay, the designs they gave me were so cookie cutter, there was no customization and the salesperson was unwilling to think outside the (big) box. Finally my search led me to Bradco. After having been to so many other places I was overwhelmed and confused by all the options and choices out there. Our designer Angela took us by the hand from the first minute and guided us along every step of the way. We had a set budget and she was great at recommending the things that we could afford to take out and never miss and also recommended things that I now cannot live without. Hello, pull out pantry, waste basket recycling center, and a seperate pull out for dog food. Now my biggest problem is that I just can't stop entertaining, so much fun with my new kitchen and love all the ooohs and aaaahs I get from guest. Thanks Bradco!

We had some work done by Bradco this past year. You hear terrible stories about having "work" done and the time, money and drama that goes along with it. I am quite pleased to say that none of that happened here. Our designer was wonderful and helped up with ideas we hadn't thought of and once our little project got on way the construction staff were terrific. Polite and FINISHED on time! Our kitchen looks amazing. My daughter is happy to tell her friends our cabinets are "green" and my husband is happy that it didn't break the bank. Everyone was a winner on this project. I am pleased to let everyone who comes over who did our kitchen and highly recommend Bradco to anyone looking to have their kitchen redone.

We hired Bradco Kitchens and Baths to design and produce all of our custom cabinetry for the major remodel we undertook. Initially we dealt directly with the owner but he then pulled in one of his designers to coordinate all the design aspects. We came to Bradco because they are known for their Non Toxic and green cabinetry. We also used their in house construction team B & R Construction to perform all the contracting work. We are very pleased with the product they delivered, with the attention to detail and the fair pricing we have been given. We can highly recommend these companies. John Bibi
