Robert has recently become the first contractor in the state of Arizona to be a Green Verifier for the NAHB. With a degree in Kitchen and Bath Design, Christie has a long history in the design industry. She is the only CKD & CBD in the Quad city area. We work with you each step of the way, from initial lot walks, through design phases, interior finishes, and complete construction supervision.

I really enjoyed meeting Christie! She was referred to us to help redesign a master bathroom. Christie came in to measure, recalculate the space, design and gave us various products and materials. She gave us 3 designs options. She is caring, enthusiastic, professional and honest about her projects. She met us at the design center to pick out tiles, counters, etc. she’s hands on! It was such a great experience we’re going to work with her on a whole new kitchen redesign in 2022!

Christie was a joy to work with. She is very organized. After discussing what our aim was, she did drawings and suggested options that made our decisions easy. The contractors that she recommended were really good and also very easy to work with. She followed through and took immediately took care of a couple of issues that came up toward the end of the project. We are very proud of the finished project and are really enjoy the beautiful, functional, new space that she created for us.

I was referred to Christie by a local builder; she came highly recommended! She was very personable and easy to get ahold of, excellent communication throughout our time together. She has great ideas and open to any changes I suggest too. We designed a new Kitchen together; at completion I walked away with completed plans for my future Subs, all of my samples of cabinets, cabinet stains, countertops, paint colors, and a bound legal-sized booklet with all pictures and layouts needed to complete my project. It was a wonderful experience!!

Comentado: Color of the Cabinets?Sherwin Williams West Highland White. SW7566 my go to white cabinet color. In reality it is a soft, light cream that is perfect and feels white without being cold.

Comentado: What is the name of the brick in the kitchen? It’s beautiful!we used a medium tone brick veneer and then had it semi plastered to create that aged finish. I don't have the exact brick color in my records at this point. Hope that helps

Comentado: Painted cabinetsThese are custom cabinets from a local cabinet maker. The base color is Sherwin Williams Westhighland White and Van Dyke Glaze was added over the paint to create this cream color.
