West Reading's Custom Kitchen & Bath Designs for Everyday Living

Baldwin KB specializes in kitchen and bath design and renovation. Our state of the art showroom and knowledgeable staff will help design the kitchen or bath of your dreams. Our Kitchen and Bath Showroom is a full service KB Design center. Our full-time KB Designer will work with you to design, plan, price, deliver and install your dream kitchen or bathroom. Beginning with an in home visit, our designer will listen to your needs and budget before beginning to lay out a plan. Once the initial plan is done, you will meet in our conference room and using state-of-the-art computer software you will see your project come alive on the big screen tv. Floor plans, architectural drawings and full 3-D renderings, which can be updated while you meet, will truly help you make the right decisions early on.

We were very fortunate to work with Kyla at Baldwin Kitchen and Bath Center in West Reading Pennsylvania. She’s a very talented designer who helped us make our choices and create a gorgeous design for our master bath and kept in contact with us constantly about what the next step was. If we contacted her with a question she returned our calls immediately. She coordinated the contractors and stayed on top of that schedule being in touch with them and us so we always knew what was happening and when it was happening. I fact we never had to ask her anything about the schedule. She demonstrates fabulous customer service which is a very high priority with us. She’s quite an asset to Baldwin kitchen and Bath Center! The main contractor Josh Hails of Hails Home Improvements who did 99% of the job did an awesome job and commented he’d be proud to show it.

Colleen helped us pick colors, patterns, and materials and we felt very confident we were not making any mistakes. The quality of materials exceeded our expectations. Josh was meticulous in his work, very friendly, and very helpful in the choices we had to make on the construction end. The end result was outstanding, and the value was very good for what we had done.

We recently had a 60-year-old bathroom remodeled. Everyone at Baldwin was so professional, and the quality of the work is excellent. Colleen listened to my description of what I wanted and selected options that really matched the style I was looking for. This really helped in the decision-making process. Josh and Nick are so skilled, and it was easy having them around the house during the reno. We are so happy with the result!

Our kitchen included removing a wall and adding a small addition to the back, her design opened up the first floor and completely changed our home. Bathroom remodel knocked down a wall too, combining two small bathrooms into one large one. Couldn't be happier

I am giving my opinion from a sales representative's point of view. Lindsey and Caitlin are 2 of the most professional young women I have met in a long time. My experience with them has been wonderful from a sales representative view of they always pay attention to what I have to share with them and are very eager to learn about my product offerings. There are days when it is difficult for a sales rep to be treated with respect. It is just a pleasure to visit with this company in general and now with this addition it has been a great experience for me.

We worked with a Baldwin Kitchen and Bath Center designer, Lyndsey, to redesign our small kitchen and create a brighter space with more storage. Our kitchen is now a bright, beautiful updated space that works well for every member of our family. Josh, the contractor, has extraordinary skill and worked with us to make every detail perfect and personalized. I am in extreme perfectionist and have high expectations, all of which have been met.

I was remodeling a house when I met Jason. When I walked into the Baldwin show room in Reading PA I was over whelmed with what I saw and just didin't know what direction to take in regards to what to pick out. I had actually spoken to two other sales people and was there for about 3 hours before I encountered Jason. I did have a kitchen drawer cabinent with me. It took Jason about five minutes to help me figure out the best hardware for my cabinents. Subsequently he help me with door handles and hardware for laundry and bathroom cabinents. Whenever my contractor had a question or needed something Jason was always available to assist. Jason is the reason I will continue to buy Baldwin products. Everything I bought looks beauitful.
