We here at A Direct are one giant family... in that we ARE family. The Moran family started A Direct back in 1996 with the idea to provide contractors a reliable and experienced kitchen and bath designer center. Over 25 years later, A Direct has grown to provide the same service to not only contractors, but to mass builders, architects and interior designers. We are proud to have become Kemper's #1 New York cabinet distributor for the past 26+ years. Our kitchen designers were cabinet makers, and contractors themselves. They not only have job site expertise, but over 30 plus years of designing under their belts. Your kitchen designer will be with you from start to finish, and provide you a true one-on-one service. We know renovations can be stressful, dreaded, and costly. But we will work hard to make your experience as smooth and enjoyable as possible- all while creating the kitchen & bathroom you've been dreaming of!

When it comes to renovations, this is the place to go! From start to finish A Direct was extremely knowledgeable, creative and professional. They took a vision and made it into our reality. They were able to reimagine and design a layout in a small kitchen that is now functional but beautiful. With their guidance we purchased faucets and light fixtures to add the finishing touches on each space. The renovations were completed a little over a year ago, the products and customer service continue to far exceed our expectations. You won't be disappointed.

Terrific experience!! A Direct was professional and accessible. Materials arrived according to timeline. Ted Moran embraced my vision which was reflected in my floor plan, and patiently guided me with decision making, incorporating his knowledge of kitchen design, construction, products, and budget. He worked seamlessly with my wonderful contractor, Lumar Contracting (the best!!). I couldn’t have dreamed of a better experience with a first time kitchen remodel. The kitchen is stunning (see Woodhill Project). Thank you A Direct !!!!

Very professional and easy to communicate with. Lovely show room. We dealt with Ted Moran. He supplied samples of the cabinets and helped us choose the right colors, knobs and a fabulous sink that was hundreds of dollars cheaper than one we had selected.

Outstanding!! Ted and his staff were beyond helpful with everything. Two cabinets came in with some minor damage and Ted put in a claim to manufacturer and had replacements promptly. Very easy to deal with and always on top of things. Would highly recommend and use again in the future.

A Direct cabinets and countertops has done around 5-6 stone countertops for us so far in the NYC area. They get the job done quickly and on schedule, for a great price. I look forward to many more great projects with them.

As someone who has been in the retail industry for far too long, I’ve watched the art of customer service sadly disappear. Not at A Direct! This company knows how to get their job done, precisely , on time, and as promised . There is no bs. Just straight up high quality customer service . The folks here are know their suff, try to get you exactly what you want, the way you want. They are up to the minute on trends, with lots of great advise. My first experience with this company was a rescue!. They saved a project that had major issues. How refreshing it was to work with A Direct! I look forward to my next project- and working with them again.
