The Kitchen Place

I am a kitchen pro here on Houzz (Dayton, OH Market). Winnie and I worked in conjunction on a large kitchen remodel in 2017. Winnie was WONDERFUL to work with! I have been in the kitchen industry for over 35 years and rarely run across an interior designer that knows the kitchen industry like Winnie does! She's intelligent and creative and a joy to work with! She listened to the client, offered her own opinions and helped the client find the perfect fit of form and function. She also did an amazing job in accessorizing the home and everything looked gorgeous! The kitchen we worked together on turned out amazing. The client wanted a warm, rustic kitchen and adjoining living area....and I think the homeowners expectations were far exceeded. Our kitchen project was featured in the Dayton OH HOUSETRENDS Fall editio -Nov. 2017. 2019 update: We've worked on a few more projects since 2017 and all went very well! Winnie and I make a great team in kitchen space planning, color/texture selection and accessorizing.

Winnie did a great job helping me renovate a kitchen in my prior home. She knew all of the best places for selecting the materials. A "refresh" made my kitchen so much more appealing, and it definitely helped me sell the house without even putting it on the market. Winnie definitely connected to the best in the Dayton area!

Winnie has worked on several home projects for us over the past decade. We love all the results and if I have a need for textiles, stone, color advice etc I definitely call Winnie. She quickly "got" our taste and her suggestions are almost always spot on for us. I like her interest in supporting local vendors and artists. Winteriors has decorated several of our homes. Most recently assisting our builder with the design and then decorating the entire home. Each time Winnie Cleavenger captured our design tastes and added the "wow" factor that set our home off from all others, while being cognizant of our decorating budget. Due to her outstanding decorating skills, we were featured in Housetrends magazine last year. If I had to use one word to describe her design skills, it would be "stunning".
