Deri is such an awesome person to work with. When we started looking to redesign our space, we met with Deri and another designer. The other designer wanted us to spend a minimum of $20,000 per room or else she wasn’t going to touch the project. We met with Deri and told her what we were looking to do to our space. She asked us what our budget was and never suggested that we had to spend a certain amount per room. After our first meeting we decided Deri would be the interior designer we would select to transform our home. Deri is very professional, and knowledgeable about what makes sense and what doesn’t. She is not pushy but listens to what we want and makes suggestions based on her experience taking into consideration what we like also. She is so humble and would get down on her knees to do whatever it takes. I remember when our sofa table was delivered, my husband was out of the country and Deri stopped by to drop off some items. She saw the huge box that was delivered, and I told her the furniture would stay in the box till my husband returned. Deri was not having any of that (waiting till my husband returned home to open the box). That same night (yes it was not during the day), we both unpacked the box and took that huge piece of furniture out of the box and placed it where it was supposed to be. From high quality furniture selection to selecting accessories, paint colors, Deri did everything. She returns texts and phone calls promptly. She has so far done my living room, dining room, bathroom. I could go on and on about Deri’s work and how she provides exceptional customer service. We consider Deri as a friend. Deri and her team also decorated my home for Thanksgiving and Christmas. It was so beautiful and we had lots of compliments about the décor. We have known and worked with Deri since 2017. We first found Deri on Houzz, and after speaking with several other designers, I immediately knew I wanted to work with her! Deri first helped us with picking out designs for a new construction. Due to unforeseen circumstances, we did not finish the house, though remained in touch with Deri over the years. When we found our new house, we picked up where we left off-she was instrumental in helping me to pick out decor, or when I wasn't sure of which option to go for, she would always assist with input, making decisions easy. Deri is patient, kind and understanding and takes immense pride in her work. One of the many qualities that I love about Deri is that she is collaborative and will help with options you may have not considered-for example, when she helped us with a wallpaper option versus tile. We moved into a new home during COVID and nearly a year later, it still didn't feel like ours. This was our first time working with a designer and we were worried about being overwhelmed by options. This was my first time consulting assistance from an interior designer. I had no idea how to begin the process or what to expect., Deri was very pleasant and so welcoming from our first phone call, I knew I would love to work with her. I knew what I wanted in my head but just didn't know how to put them together. Deri listened to my wants and was able to give me clarity and a vision of what I wanted. My wife and I searched for a home for over three years. Once we found a house that we both loved, then we were met with the challenge of remodeling. Brilliant. Deri is the best designer I have ever worked with and I have worked with several. She has an natural ability to really quickly understand your style and create an amazing look that reflects your style rather than hers. So creative in how she is able to pull a room together. She managed several projects in my home including painting of several rooms, master bedroom redesign, kitchen counter and backsplash selection, family room update, dining room update and updates in kids' bedrooms including closet re-organization. I found Deri’s website online while looking to hire someone for a color consultation in order to help select paint colors for the entire interior of my home. I was waiting on a new roof to be installed and I had new windows on order and that would need to be installed. Deri, was so very patient with me throughout the entire process. She had great suggestions during the color consultation. She really listened to everything I was trying to accomplish and the final result is awesome. The painters she recommended provided a fair price and were very nice to work with throughout the whole process. We bought house and desired to turn it into a lovely home. Deri was the first interior designer I contacted and after our first meeting I knew she was the right person to help us create our home. Dramatic transformation! My husband and I hired Deri and her team to help us update the first floor of our home, (dining area, living room and designing a home office). The change is amazing! She was honest, professional, and ALWAYS followed through. I never felt that we were wasting time. She always got right to the point and seemed to know my taste right from the beginning. She is good at reading people and applying this to your design. I loved working with her specialists (electrician and painter). In working with past contractors, I've been frustrated by their professionalism and lack there of, but not with Deri's people. Every single person I dealt with was top notch.
