Manoj Malde Garden Design

At my first meeting with Shandler Homes I knew this was going to be a great collaboration. Shandler Homes engaged my company Couture Gardens Ltd to work with them on a luxury home that they were developing just off Totteridge Lane. My job was to design a landscaping scheme that would work cohesively around the property. Sharon carefully took me through all her ideas for the interiors of the house. She made me feel very included. I quickly became part of the team. There was excellent communication all the way through the process. They were also willing to listen to the ideas that brought to the table. It was a pleasure working with Sharon and Andy of Shandler Homes. I would recommend them very highly and would certainly work with them again on future projects.

After having seeing photos of the various building projects Shandler Homes Ltd have been involved in, I was so impressed by the architectural designs and stunning interiors I contacted them to help me with my house refurbishment. Sharon is a delightful lady full of ideas and suggestions but without being pushy and forcing her ideas onto me. She is so easy to work with and came up with an amazing interior design for my home using a mix of colours, fabrics and textures that certainly gave my home the 'wow' factor. Without Sharon i would have spent a fortune on costly mistakes when making choices but she effortlessly navigated me through these choices and the end result was my perfect home. My thanks to Sharon at Shandler Homes. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing a design service.

Poggenpohl St Albans

We worked closely with Sharon and Andrew at Shandler Homes when we supplied a Poggenpohl kitchen to their recent St Albans project. I asked Shandler Homes for their help with a very stressful situation. I’ve lived in my home for many years and had always enjoyed the fact that there was plenty of light coming in through the patio windows of my dining room at the rear of the property. Last year however, my neighbours decided to extend their home meaning that I would lose so much natural light, both in my dining room and on my patio. This was very distressing for me and I had no idea what to do about it. A friend of mine told me about Sharon and Andy and said they might be able to come up with a solution, and I’m so pleased that I called them, it’s amazing what they’ve done with the room. It is in fact even brighter now thanks to the lovely paint and wallpaper. I hardly notice the new wall now, although obviously it has still made quite an impact. My dining room is now the envy of my friends! In addition to this, they also painted the new wall a lovely bright colour and put up some beautiful plant holders with colourful plants to distract from the concrete. I could not be happier with the result.

Having worked with Shandler Homes on numerous occasions on various projects, I decided to hand over the reigns on my bedroom makeover. I gave Sharon my budget and told her to do exactly what she wanted to the room. She asked me several questions before starting, and then I left them to it. The room was originally very safe as far as decoration goes. All I said was that I wanted something a little fun, not too sophisticated but with more impact. The result has been tremendous! I have been blown away by the transformation and could not have wished for anything more - it completely reflects my personality. I cannot recommend Shandler Homes highly enough.

Having never undertaken major work on our home before, partly through fear and partly financial, we came away totally overwhelmed by the fantastic service Shandler Homes provided. From the moment they came to hear our ideas, offering a few of their own, through to the final moments five weeks later that they left, it was a stress-free project that we found surprisingly enjoyable.
