Our house was an old tudor which had been semi modernized but still retained dark wood panels and odd configurations. Renee was simply incredible in helping us figure out the placing of existing furniture, finding slight enhancements and then also finding comfortably compatible furniture when needed. Her sense of space and use of colors is wonderful not to mention that it is a true pleasure working with her. I would highly recommend Renee the next time you need the personable and innovative approach to design ideas for your home.

Ms. Renee Infantino has provided excellent guidance and support from the talking phases of this project to the site execution. My previous designer, with whom we did several residential projects, retired and I was concerned about starting with someone new. My fears were unnecessary!! We live in a classic six prewar in Manhattan, for 20 years, that had been done in a traditional fashion. I wanted to update it and give it a more modern feel without doing a’gut renovation’ or purchasing all new furniture. Renée understood this and was able to work successfully within those parameters with me and the contractor. Together we decided what new fixtures, furniture, and appliances, etc. would be replaced and what we would be integrated from our existing items. Some furniture got reupholstered, some repainted and some things replaced. I couldn’t be happier with our decisions. Renée not only works well with the client but with the contractor and PM. I respect her vision, esthetic, and taste. She pays close attention to the details and sees the project from an overall perspective. For a big or small project, you can’t go wrong. She also managed to keep my husband and me on speaking terms throughout the process, and satisfied our wishes, which weren’t always the same. We are thrilled with what we see and can’t wait to move back in. It feels like a new apartment. I have definitely found a new designer!!!

Renee took a big project and broke it down to manageable tasks that were completed seamlessly. She is knowledgeable, patient and has impeccable style.

Renee was highly recommended to me by someone who knew what I demanded and required for this project. Renee was not only the decorator but general contractor on this project. Every one of the sub-contractors Renee brought into the project provided a positive experience. I do not mean to imply the entire process went without a hitch, however, when problems did arise, both during and after construction, Renee was quick to respond. Issues were resolved to my satisfaction without hesitation on her part. An area where Renee truly excelled was in managing the demanding co-op rules and my elderly mom (whose apartment was being renovated). Working with Renee helped to minimize our anxiety. Her get it done demeanor and attention to detail was as important as her outstanding decorating skills,

No one I trust more. I love working with Renee - she is creative, imaginative, responsive and a joy to work with. I worked with Renee when I bought this apartment, and she helped me turn it into a thing of pure beauty; I experience joy every time I come home and see it. She also helped with our vacation home and just finished converting a second bedroom into the most exquisite office/guestroom imaginable. She does big things - major projects, but is just as wonderful with smaller needs. I'll never work with anyone BUT Renee for design.

Renee designed and supervised the renovation of my master bathroom. An adjoining space was incorporated into the bathroom, which enlarged its size but presented challenges regarding plumbing and privacy. I was very pleased with Renee's creative ideas about the placement of fixtures, the design of the custom vanity, and the prominence of the windows. Renee communicated very effectively with the contractor, vanity carpenter, and tile vendors to achieve the look I envisioned. Most importantly, Renee shielded me from the stress inherent in a renovation.

Renee was patient and sympathetic (I hate shopping!!) She really took the time to understand my taste and found wonderful fabrics for my home. People still comment on them! Renee has helped me several times over the years.

I have had the pleasure of being Renee's client over the course of the last three years. Initially, I was seeking design assistance for refurbishing the bedrooms of my three teenaged daughters, and Renee masterfully transformed their "little girl" rooms into elegant retreats, each one unique to their individual personalities and style. I was so pleased with the outcome that I did not hesitate to enlist Renee's expert design services to redecorate the master bedroom and sitting area. For that project, she creatively blended the contrasting tastes of my husband and I, which resulted in a stylish suite that we both enjoy! Renee's easy going manner makes her a pleasure to work with. We have worked with Renee multiple times over the course of the last 16 years. For our first apartment, Renee helped us with paint colors, furniture selection, cabinet design and installation, window treatments, art placement and hanging. Renee also incorporated pieces of our existing furniture, rugs, and art. The second time we worked with Renee, she helped us reimagine our space and move back into a relatively small space after our third baby was born. She helped with paint colors and designs (making our children's room much more playful and fun), light fixtures, furniture placement, etc. The last time we worked with Renee, she helped us with all elements of design in a brand new space including paint colors, purchasing furniture, light fixtures, art placement and hanging, and designing custom cabinetry in our dining room. Always, Renee is professional, enthusiastic, knowledgeable, creative, and fun. She is an excellent listener and really knows how to negotiate between her vision and the clients' vision. She's also gifted at understanding the personalities involved and when her help is needed to push things along. I would hire Renee again in a second. Renee is an outstanding resource for interior design. My husband and I have used her services for multiple projects in our house. She has excellent design sense and is very easy to work with.
