We worked with Jill Thompson from Reflections of You, By Amy to have our master bathroom completed renovated and remodeled. The experience was better than we could have anticipated. She worked with us to design the bathroom of our dreams and ensure every detail was thought out and planned for. She was always available for questions, advice, and she was patient with us when we were going back and forth on paint colors. She consistently checked in with us throughout the renovation process and kept up with the progress of the construction to ensure it was done correctly and with precision. The finished design was even better than we had imagined and we could not be happier with our bathroom. Jill and the entire team at Reflections of You, by Amy were so professional throughout the entire process, but also made it fun and enjoyable. We are so thankful to them for giving us our dream bathroom.

When you come home from a week in the Caribbean and feel your home is as beautiful from whence you just came...you know you are working with an amazing design team! Jennifer and Jill have combined their amazing talent with my preferences to create a home that is both beautiful and welcoming. We started of with just a few rooms but have had such a positive experience that we now plan to continue the project throughout the remainder of our home.

Amy was recommended to me by someone who regularly sees homes that have been updated or in some way are special. She and her team were able to work with us to decide what we could part with and what we could use./ They had great ideas and were easy to consult with. Our realtor referred us to Amy when we bought our new home (in need of a lot of renovations). We were overwhelmed at first but Amy, Dionne , Jill and team came in and gave us ideas that we never would have thought of. We now have a gorgeous new kitchen, knocked down walls to open up the floor plan, new paint throughout, new hardwood floors, new powder room, etc. There is no way we could have done this without them!

Amy has many creative talents. She can come into your home, using your belongings and create a whole new look for you! Amy can help you sell your home faster by rearranging furniture, art work, or de-cluttering your smaller spaces. I wanted to paint the main interior rooms as a Christmas gift to my daughter. Amy was very generous with her time and gave her many options for bringing her home up to date. She pointed out DIY projects and choose some beautiful neutral colors for the walls. Amy has always been available to discuss decorating tips. Loving your job makes you and your clients dreams come true. Amy loves her job!

As real estate investors, LST Properties understands the value of a home stager. On our most recent rehab in the St. Matthews area of Louisville, KY, we hired Amy to stage our property to get it in selling condition. When we saw the transformation, we were absolutely stunned. The home looked completely different (in a GREAT way.) It is simply amazing what a huge difference Amy made. Based on the suggestions we received from various people after they saw the staged property, we are bumping up our listing price by $20,000! Best of all, Amy is professional, personable, and completely pleasant to work with. She is well-spoken and friendly, and we even included her in an event we hosted at our staged property... that is how highly we think of her. Her fees were very reasonable and we plan to use her many times in the future. Thank you Amy for a great job!
