Prop Positions Inc. consolidates the skills, contacts, and industry knowledge of Holly Burguières, who has 20 years of domestic and international experience in the design and coordination of collections of home furnishings and accessories. Holly managed multi-rep showrooms to the trade in New York city and opened her own design studio on the Upper East Side of Manhattan in 1994. Many of her international clients who enjoy second homes in New York retain her Property Management services after Prop Positions Inc. has completed their renovation.

Holly Burguières of Prop Positions, Inc. did an excellent job of doing a complete makeover of a house we bought with the intention of reselling iafter adding some of its land to our property. She completely staged the house with furniture appropriate for the style of the house. She selected the color to repaint the house with. She found a first-class contractor to convert a closet into mudroom, lay a new floor on one level, install a new entrance door, etc. She knew sources to tap for accessories. And she made sure all this worked together to result in a beautiful house on schedule. One which is now--3 months after Holly fnished the job-- with an accepted offer.

Holly redesigned a small studio apartment with an attached sunroom and a small garden. One of the walls of the apartment was covered with a spectacular, floor to ceiling, wall unit which she and her cabinet maker designed. She ordered all new furniture and decorative pieces, mainly mirrors. She arranged for the old furnishings to be discarded and worked tirelessly to rearrange the apartment in a short period of time. It took months of planning to put the small space together. Holly was willing to entertain a variety of options and layouts until we found the right solutions. It was a pleasure working with someone full of integrity who has a great sense of design, endless patience and who cares deeply for her clients.

We had two apartments remodeled by Prop Positions and are very happy with the results! Holly listened carefully and was respectful of our preferences. Playing with colors, light and textures is one of Holly's specialties which make a big difference in a room.
