I am a full service interior designer and landscape designer/installer. I work with clients, architects and contractors to develop a design concept, space planning and floor plan, specify fixtures for example faucets, sinks, etc., lighting fixtures and placement, surface materials like flooring, tiles, stone slabs, concrete and plaster finishes, provide plan drawings and oversee the project to completion. I work with the client to insure their own furnishings will fit within the space or if new furnishings are to be considered. I can purchase from furniture manufacturers or help a client with their own search for the right piece advising about the size, fabrics, quality. I also design and install window treatments special to the clients needs and the design aesthetic. I am also happy to consult on paint colors, wall surfaces and finishes, space planning and furniture layout.
I have many reliable and reasonable wholesale resources to draw from for any space whether it be furniture, lighting, or accessories. I have a super crew of installers, craftsmen, and vendors, many of whom I have worked with for 25-30 years. You know, when you find an honorable person you stick with them.
I have a knack for identifying a client's design desires, their aesthetics, their lifestyle and make all that fit within budget to create a space that satisfies all of their needs.

I also do landscape design with a wonderful crew of installers. I love working outside, creating gardens for clients to enjoy. I work with realtors to spruce up gardens prior to putting houses on the market as well. One can add a lot of value to the property and improve first impressions of potential buyers. In the landscape design facet of my company I design the layout, determining the client's desires and the integrity of the the yard. I specify and/or purchase plant materials, landscape materials, flagstone, gravel, mulch, etc., irrigation materials, low voltage lighting, furniture and any decorative additions.
