Horrible business to deal with very unprofessional!!!! If I could give them a lower score I would! ZERO!
We ordered a custom arm chair, we were told that it would be six months for delivery. Which was fine, because we knew up front. But what isn't acceptable is that no one called or email us to inform us that the chair would be delayed for an additional two months. When we finally do receive the chair it was very poorly made, full of defects that were very noticeable. Chair was sent for repairs, when we asked for a time frame we were given nothing. Two and half months later and we still do not have our chair.
We will never buy anything from this store and I will be posting my comments on all website to inform other customers of our horrible experience when dealing with this business.
They charge you top dollar, so you would expect top service and products but it has been nothing short of a nightmare that isn't over yet.

Absolutely do not shop at this store! They will take your money and refuse to return it if there are any problems. Zero customer service, rude sales staff. In fact, if you call their store to complain they will call the cops on you. The owner of Orangeville Furniture, Erica I think her name was, demanded I take down my bad review of her store. Avoid at all cost.

I, just purchased a lazy boy chair and had the material covered in leather. You will not get customer service in a furniture chain store like you will, with Orangeville Furniture. They are honest, return your calls, emails and never give the run-a-round, like some stores do. I, love my chair, more than I, thought I, would. Delivery was exactly when I, was told it would be. They placed the chair where I, asked, took away any garbage and were fast, polite and a pleasure. Prices are spot on, with what you're buying. Honesty goes a long way today and I, will be coming back to purchase a couch now. Thank you!

Orangeville Furniture and Canadel have since made restitution and the matter has been resolved.
Terrible! I bought a kitchen Island by Canadel from O’ville Furniture and it had to be replaced it was so badly constructed. The second one wasn’t much better. I have to place things strategically to hide imperfections. I paid over $2000 for a low end piece of furniture at a high end price. They lie and tell you they inspect everything first. If that’s the case then their quality control sucks, but it came wrapped from the factory so I know they did not. Never again for me! I do not recommend them.

Upon reading this, we now understand you have issues with the second unit. At no time after the delivery of the replacement unit did you contact the store, or the Customer Service representative that had been dealing with your concerns, to advise that you were not happy with the replacement unit. You did not offer Orangeville Furniture or Canadel the opportunity to evaluate your concerns, and if necessary, repair or replace any deficiencies. Unfortunately, posting to social media does not deal allow us to address your concerns in any sort of constructive way. We will be contacting you shortly to address your concerns.

I had been trying to find a dining room table and chairs for months when a friend suggested Orangeville Furniture. Upon arriving I was most impressed with the selection and scale of the showroom, and professional staff that assisted me while not being too aggressive. My purchase went very smoothly, was priced very competitively and was delivered faster than I had expected which is always nice. I would be happy to recommend Orangeville Furniture and will be making it my new go to store for home décor even though I live nearly an hour away in Innisfil.

I went to the store to select a sofa and two chairs. They have beautiful furniture. Jo-Anne provided numerous fabric samples for me to take home to make my selection. The furniture was delivered to the store earlier than I expected, and I was not yet ready to receive the pieces. Erica assured me that it was no problem for them to store the furniture until I was ready. The delivery went smoothy. The men were professional and courteous. Thank you all.

Terrible customer service. Be very careful. Insist on checking your delivery before letting into your home. Do not pay until you have checked your furniture. I waited more than 6 weeks with the wrong colour sofas while Orangeville Furniture gave me the runaround. When I insisted on a refund, they threatened me.

We feel it is important to address your review to further explain the situation. It is unfortunate that you wrote this review after the extraordinary level of service we provided to you. We believe that the customer service you received from Orangeville Furniture was above and beyond what any other store would offer.
You came to our store needing professional design advice regarding layout, style and colour. One of our designers created numerous floor plans for your living room, and spent multiple hours discussing the options. Samples were taken home and returned, the entire design was reworked, all at no expense to you!
Upon delivery of your furniture you were concerned there was a difference in colour from the sample you had selected. There can be dyelot differences with both fabric and leather, especially leather as each hide will take the dyeing treatment differently. We needed to investigate the discrepency as such a difference is rare to occur.
We agreed with you that there was enough of a colour and texture difference that something had to be done. We fought for you, until the manufacturer agreed to replace your sofas with your choice of leather. From the 100 choices available, your original selection was the only one you liked. Since the manufacturer was receiving new yardage of this leather, we discussed the options, and since you didn't want to start the design process all over again, you agreed to wait to see cuttings from it to compare to the original sample.
The new leather was due to arrive at the manufacturer around April 21st, then cuttings were to be sent to us for you to personally pick your hide. Never was a refund requested, or mentioned. It was about getting you what you originally ordered and you being happy in the end.
On April 22nd you came into the store and aggressively demanded a refund. This came as a shock to us, as you had agreed to look at the new samples before we considered other options to make things right. You then went as far as to threaten to sit by the front door and be a disturbance to our customers until you were refunded, something we could not do with the merchandise still at your house.
Once you revealed you did not want replacement furniture, the employees had the situation authorized by a manager, and scheduled to pick up the next business day with a full refund. Throughout the whole process our aim was to bring you satisfaction from your purchase, and have quality furniture to enjoy in your home.

We had great experience at Orangeville Furniture. Staff there is very friendly and happy to assist. Erica was very patient and resourceful to show us different options until we found the perfect dining set and home office furniture for our new house. It looks great and, with Erica's help, it's well proportioned for the size of the rooms. Thank you Orangeville Furniture for having great selection with beautifully displayed options. Happy to have you in the neighborhood!

Erica at Orangeville Furniture was fantastic to work with. We had not purchased new furniture in 12+ years. We had a design in mind that other interior designers said would not work. Erica saw our vision, embraced it and the result is nothing less than spectacular. A year later and we are so pleased with our new furniture. Erica's skill at design detail, selection of fabric, colour matching and seating recommendations is exceptional.
Delivery and set up was done on time and very professionally. It will be a few years before we will need furniture again, but there is no question who we will call....Orangeville Furniture.

I had one of the designers come to my home to make suggestions regarding layout and possible furniture purchases. I then visited the store to put ideas together. I was very pleased with the huge showroom - amount of inventory, the experience, knowledge and patience of the designer I was working with.

Alyssa was very helpful in expanding our perception of the space we had to
work with and the options for furnishings for that space. It was a bit of
a risk to go with sofa dimensions that were so much larger than the one we
were replacing but the planning tools she used helped us get past that and
it did in fact all work out very well. Choosing the colours for the
complimentary pieces was easy as she presented great choices once she
understood the direction we wanted to take with the palette.
