We all deserve to have a home that we love. That special place to come to after a long day at work. A home that helps you to relax and lifts your spirit so that you can enjoy life with your family. Embarking on a renovation project can be daunting. The stakes are high and the investment might be one of the largest you will ever make. You might have many priorities for work that needs to be done and it can be challenging to decide between all the design options you are considering. You keep asking am I making the right decision? I believe that your home has a huge impact on your physical and emotional wellbeing. That is why my design approach is first and foremost driven by your lifestyle aspirations and needs. I always put functionality & practicality as a high priority so that the foundations for your living are solid. Rather than focusing on a specific style I want you you to find beauty, comfort and bliss in our home. I want it to feel like a natural extension of you. Sam & Nina have been a tremendous help during my house renovations. They have guided me through the process very proficiently, always bearing in my mind my budget and my brief for the house. They came up with fantastic creative ideas and suggestions fitting my own taste and personality. Their way of working is flexible and fluid and they are always a phone call away at times of crisis with the builders! Sam & Nina are also very personable and fun to be around.

We were living abroad when planning our house refurbishment and were fairly naive to what this kind of project entailed. Starting with Skyped meetings, Nina was very quickly able to get onto my wavelength while offering a wonderfully diverse number of options for each room. Nina's presentation on the project gave us much needed clarity on the logistics involved in breaking down room by room designs, while she provided a huge variety of samples to assist. Beyond Nina's design talents, we found her to be an outstanding project manager (essential when dealing with a useless team of builders!) and have an equally essential contacts book - the Designer Builders and Lighting Designers who Nina sourced perfectly complemented the styles Nina and I settled on. Nina's work on our house was invaluable, and as a person we were delighted to have her round.

NIna helped us redefine our play room which was full of plastic toys and unloved and unusable. Through her vision she created a sanctuary! The room now has a gas fire, media unit, desk area and she chose paint colours, all the furniture and wood finishes. At first meeting she understood what we wanted to achieve and delivered this with patience and a smile. We recommend her!

Holland & Green Architectural Design worked alongside Nina on the complete refurbishment and extension of a Victorian house in Southwest London. The interiors that she created were stunning: an understated palette of grey textures, shot with flashes of gold: both coolly sophisticated and delightfully warm. We've worked with Nina Malkin on a few projects now, and each surpass the last. From early concept stages to the management and completion of a project Nina has always been extremely thorough and a truly creative. I have worked with Nina on a number of projects to completely transform the look of my home. She has always been fun to work with, professional, creative and sensitive to our desires and circumstances. I love the end result and we could not have done it ourselves without Nina's help. She advised us on the choice of all the materials literally from the floor to the ceiling and all the soft furnishings including materials for reupholstering. She is flexible in her approach and adapts to our changing situation. She also has a great network of other professionals (carpenter etc). I would wholeheartedly recommend Nina's services to anyone looking to make their home reflect their own style and personality with a bit of a "wow" thrown in!

I hired NMCS to remodel my house, working with my contractor. Nina was professional and diligent from start to finish - helping configure the rooms, design 3 bathrooms from scatch, 3 fitted bedrooms, the kitchen & dining area and garden. She was incredibly easy to deal with, and worked to the budget that we agree at the outset. I was impressed with her work and would have no hesitation in hiring her again.
