Working with a variety of residential private clients across North Yorkshire and beyond, Natalie is very much a client-led designer. She doesn’t have a “house style” but instead prefers to listen to her clients' own ideas and aspirations to create a style they feel comfortable with. She helps them develop their ideas and gives them the confidence to move out of their comfort zones to create inspirational interiors that work for their own way of living. She believes that first and foremost, good design should improve your quality of life as well as being practical, comfortable, welcoming and beautiful. Natalie is an Associate Member of the British Institute of Interior Design (BIID), currently following the BIID Professional Pathway, the route to becoming a Registered Interior Designer. She is also a proud member of House & Garden "The List” and has for the past six consecutive years, been awarded a “Best of Houzz” award for service.

I asked Natalie to help create a style for our new home and help source furniture, furnishing and other finishing touches for our open plan kitchen / living area and sitting room. Her ideas and mood boards were brilliant, she really listened to all the jumble of ideas we had and honed it down into a simple, contemporary look that is perfect for us. She then sourced the most gorgeous fabrics and furnishings which have transformed our home. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Natalie to others and will continue to seek her advice and support as we work our way through the rest of our house.

The project was to redesign a tired old family room with a challenging configuration (walkway through it). It is in an old Georgian house and we wanted something clean and fresh while keeping with the period. Natalie did a great job at creative a relaxing beautiful design, that looks fresh and modern while still in keeping with the period features. She found gorgeous fabrics and beautiful furniture design. She also procured excellent contractors for wood flooring and window treatments. Beautiful!

Pat Charlton

Natalie helped us turn our boring, cold, uninviting living room into a room we love. She listened carefully to what we liked and disliked and asked us lots of questions. Her design was creative, practical, and very much to our taste.and budget. Her help sourcing furniture, soft furnishings etc took a lot of the stress out of the project and the discounts she obtained saved us far more than her design fee. I am happy to recommend Natalie and will not hesitate to use her again.

I asked Natalie to help me with my son's bedroom. He'd relocated within the house and as he'd turned 14, we were looking for more of a more grown up style that could grow with him. Natalie was absolutely exceptional on very level. She could completely relate to what I was trying to create with the room. She was incredibly stylish with every option she put to me and so well connected, with so many different suppliers. Natalie was also incredibly organised and completely on top of every aspect of delivery. I really couldn't recommend Natalie enough. Thank you so much Natalie!!

Natalie has worked her magic in a number of rooms in my home, Lounge, Dining Room, Hall, Study and most recently Bedroom. I cannot recommend Natalie highly enough, she produces wonderful mood boards and sources all the materials from paint, drapes to lighting and furniture.

I asked Natalie to carry out a revamp of my teenage daughter’s bedroom , our drawing room and our bedroom . She has been fantastic at providing me with a number of design options for all of them and helping me narrow these down to the best ones for each room. I am delighted with the results ! I couldn’t recommend Natalie more highly ...she is professional, engaging , efficient and understanding . A complete pleasure to work with and highly competent at what she does. Her taste is impeccable and she really understands what work best for you as a client. I’ll be using her for many years to come!

Natalie is very pleasant ,friendly lady and with great professional expertise has helped and guided us with the refurbishment of the sitting room and hall and staircase. She spent time getting to know us and to discover our plans and tastes in decor and furniture. She took photos of the rooms involved in the project and developed her suggestions from there. She made many visits to our home and gave her advice on fabric choices and colours , arranged for many samples to be sent, and discussed options of furniture and lighting with us before producing a Mood Board which was extremely helpful. She is certainly a very professional interior designer and we would not hesitate to recommend her services.We are also highly delighted with the completed refurbished rooms.

Natalie worked closely with me, listening and gently taking me out of my comfort zone to produce a stunning design for our large drawing room project. She has innovative and up to date design concepts, great sources of furniture, fabrics and paint and a natural flair which, all in all, bring a scheme together in every way. Natalie worked on the interior design of my home following building work. She clarified my confused ideas and produced designs that surpassed my hopes. She suggested paint, wallpaper and floor coverings; sourced fabrics for recovering furniture, curtains and blinds. She also suggested and sourced light fittings and mirrors. Recommendations for trades people and suppliers have been excellent. Natalie has been a delight to work with and is reliable, flexible and highly professional, with an enviable eye for colour and design. I have no hesitation in recommending her.

I have used Natalie as an interior designer several times. Firstly several years ago to upholster a chair, last year when we bought our 3 bedroom flat in London, she sourced and supplied the fabrics and trimmings for all our curtains and blinds, as well as bedding, throws, OKA lamps, bespoke ottoman coffee table and then recently she has designed a scheme for updating my teenage sons bedroom in our Yorkshire home: paint colours, wardrobe revamp, handles, bedding, throw, rug and world map wallpaper. I would happily recommend Natalie as she is honest, reliable, trustworthy, works to budget and comes up with some great ideas and has fabulous contacts.

Following a recommendation we initially asked Natalie to help us design our bedroom, this was such a success (we love it) that she has now designed our Playroom (again; fantastic!) and the next project is the Living Room! Natalie's experience, creativity and style combined with her ability to understand what we were looking for despite our inability to put this into words has meant she has transformed our house, which we bought in 2017, into a stylish and enjoyable home. I would, and have, recommended Natalie to anyone who is overwhelmed by choice, or not sure where to start or has lots of great ideas of how they want a room to look but not sure how to make it all come together, Natalie can design to suit whatever budget you give her.
