My husband and I left our home in Los Angeles, California and came into Perth with so many stresses & moving parts, not to mention shipping our entire 3-bdr condo overseas while pregnant with our first child. we were desperately looking for a new space to make our home, and upon our first meeting with Kate, my husband and I were immediately comforted with her overwhelming level of experience and care for our specific needs as a growing family and a young creative couple. Kate and her team communicated with us frequently and candidly as we followed her design and our own intuition about what we thought we wanted and what we would soon need as this would be our baby’s first home. Despite the delays and setbacks with covid-19, kate made sure we were looked after as best she could. With visits to the furniture warehouse, to private introductions from previous and current clients, we cut and pasted our entire living space with ease. And we are still loving the choices. Kate and the team at Moda Interiors were a godsend. From the very first meeting Kate's friendly smile, attentive and very patient manner laid our apprehensions to rest. What seemed to be a very daunting task, finalising the plans and details while choosing the whole "look" of the house, became an exercise in "letting go" and trusting Kate to come up with the answers. Kate certainly came through for us. She gave us direction in choosing colours, textures and materials and adjusted her ideas to fit with our budget, lifestyle and the way we wanted our home to feel. The choices of furniture, fittings and decor resulted in a look that worked together seamlessly and exceeded our expectations. Kate and the team at Moda achieved a stunning outcome for us. We always thought that our home of 20 years was wonderful and the location was ideal. Nevertheless, we really wanted to get more light into our living areas so we decided to go ahead with a thorough renovation and then "love it or list it". We definitely "love it!!" and envisage staying very happily in our family home for another 20 years or more. Kate really listened to what we wanted (and to our ideas), but then made suggestions that took the end result beyond our expectations. We are thrilled with the transformation of our home. There was meticulous attention to detail from the initial design to finishing selections, furniture advice and small decorative touches. On the day we moved back into the house, Kate and her team were there and stayed until they were satisfied that the final result was amazing. To say they went above and beyond doesn't begin to describe the effort they went to. The relationship that Kate had with the builder meant that the entire experience was as smooth as it could be. Everything was well organised with the intention of providing us with a great experience. Whether building or renovating, Kate is the first person we would call. Everyone at Moda made us feel like the only thing that mattered to them was delivering a stunning result for us - and that is exactly what they achieved. ......so glad we chose Moda!!!

Our 20+ year old kitchen was dated and dark - what a transformation from Kate and her team - our new kitchen, scullery/laundry, powder room is now a much more open, light filled, functional and fun space. I was totally guided by Kate - her vision and foresight has left me in awe. Can't thank Kate and the MODA Team enough and also special thanks to Carmen (the kitchen designer) and Sunbuild's very patient Project Manager Nathan and his wonderful team of trades.

Moda were amazing. I love my newly renovated house so much that I never want to leave it. Kate is so quick to grasp your style, how you live and what will work in the space. Without her I would have made so many mistakes. The quality of choices are smart and beautiful. It made shopping so stress free and also confident in our choices. I was so happy with Peter Stewart Homes that Kate work's with as well. They go above and beyond to bring it all together. Great team. If I had to come up with just one negative it is that I didn't always get reply emails from Moda. I highly recommend Moda. My house is now better than I could of ever imagined.

I was living overseas and planning to return to the house I had built 10 years earlier, then rented out. Wanting a complete makeover and new furnishings, I hired Moda after a 1 hour Skype discussion with Kate. The proposed Lookbook I received was everything I wanted and more. Even with me overseas, the communication was very smooth and timing was perfect. I arrived back to a new home, with everything perfect, from furniture, rugs, paintings hung and building works and painting done to a very high standard. Even the beds were made up! Kate and her team did an outstanding job, on time and within budget to achieve everything I had hoped. My house is like new again and I now have a home I love living in and inviting people into. Kate seemed to understand what I was seeking and was able to translate my sometimes confusing ideas and thoughts into a beautiful outcome. The savings on furniture costs were a big plus as well! I'm sure this would have been so much easier if I had been present, but Kate and her team never missed a step with all communication done by email and Skype. Very happy to recommend Moda to anyone looking at a renovation, makeover or new fit out as they are superb.

We couldn't be happier with Kate's choices at Moda Interiors. We chose Kate at Moda to fitout our new apartment and feel Kate has really listened to what we have said. We couldn't be more thrilled with the outcome and feel like Kate has understood us. It really feels like we have chosen our favourite decor, Kate just did her magic to pull it together to make sense. Highly recommend Moda if you want someone who really knows what they are doing.

I cant recommend Kate and the team at Moda highly enough, my wife and I spent most of the renovation duration overseas and we left many of the decisions to Kate and her building team. We were always kept informed and updated and after 12 weeks we finally seen the completed project which exceeded our expectations. 12 weeks in itself was astonishing considering the amount of work carried out and it was all done to the highest standard. It was a fantastic experience and I doubt we would have had the same outcome if we didn't choose Moda.

We contacted Moda for advise on a few rooms we were not happy with .Kate impressed us with her ideas we changed more than we thought .This has made our home something we could never of imagined.The attention to detail and warmth added to our home has amazed family and friends.Moda Interiors goes above and beyond.

I cannot recommend Moda enough. The contractors they use are top quality and go above and beyond what is expected. They all worked in together to get the job done in a very short turnaround time as my home is also my workplace. Kate delivered the final touches to bring it up to magazine quality, it look amazing. You cannot recognise my house, it has been completely flipped and improved dramatically with so much more space, function and usability.

We are thrilled to have engaged Moda Interiors once again to facilitate the design, fit out and furnishing of our custom two storey dream home. So far we have ended up with an amazing custom floor plan and house design by Neil Salvia Building Designs and incredible detailed cabinetry of all the wet areas designed by Sam from Moda. Kate knows what's on trend and what is timeless. She knows what is practical, personal and inviting. She knows how to marry those elements, then throw in something unexpected to create the perfect sanctuary we will soon be able to call our home!!! Meetings at Moda don't feel like work at all! One of Kate's notable skills has been to listen, paying careful attention to detail and getting to understand our individual needs as clients. She then forms a concept around that and works tirelessly behind the scenes to ensure our goals are achieved. All whilst keeping within the constraints of our budget and following a well documented process where no stone is left un-turned! We have entrusted Kate and Moda Interiors to take control of every aspect of our home from pre to post construction! So in our case getting to fluff the cushions at the end will just be the icing on the cake!!!

We engaged Kate to design the kitchen, living area and the study. Kate came up with a design that matched the brief and exceeded our expectations. We love modern styles but the house it more on the classical side but she wasn able to bring the two together. Kate put a lot of thoughts into the details and we couldn't be happier. We mentioned to her that we like cats and she arranged ornaments and bookstands in the shape of a cat - which is super cute! My daughter loves it. It's been a few weeks since the done up and we are loving it more and more. My friends gave me lots of compliments and said it's much more welcoming than before.
