Melanie Giolitti Interior Design

Melanie Giolitti is an accomplished interior designer with more than 30 years' experience in the industry and a lifetime passion for interior design and architecture. She received her degree in Interior Design from California State University, Fresno and is an Allied-Member of the American Society of Interior Designers-ASID, the profession's leading association. Throughout her career, Melanie has worked in many different aspects of the interior design field. She has worked for architects and contractors as well as a variety of home furnishing studios. Through her work she has gained an extensive knowledge of fine design and home furnishings as well as a love for both antiques and textiles. Her experiences make her a valuable resource to home owners and architects and an effective collaborator in any design team. Melanie's sincerity and understanding help her guide clients successfully through the design process and have resulted in many successful and harmonious projects. In her own practice, based in Monterey California, Melanie utilizes her skills, experience and extensive network of sources to assist clients with projects of all sizes and complexities. Her education and experience have solidified her knowledge into a design philosophy emphasizing beauty, sophistication, and comfort. Her work is also based on an understanding of the power of the environment to influence individual wellbeing.
