Love County Interiors and Design is an Austin-based interior design studio. We focus on residential and hospitality projects, with an emphasis on creating warm, modern spaces with distinctive materials, textures, and color palettes, and an eclectic but timeless mix of vintage and contemporary furnishings and lighting. Our strength lies in listening to and understanding each client’s story, personality, and intention, and expressing them through thoughtfully designed and selected interiors, furniture, art, and decorative accessories, creating spaces for comfort, community, and growth.
Founder and principal designer, Taylor Clouse, grew up in Austin and studied interior design at the Savannah College of Art and Design. Before starting Love County in March of 2017, she worked as designer at one of Austin’s leading design studios. Love County has worked on projects in Austin and New York City, and has been published in Clever by Architectural Digest, The Wall Street Journal, Apartment Therapy, and Domino.
INTENTION
Specializing in interiors, furniture, and decorative accessories that are thoughtfully curated around the interest of the individuals occupying a space, Love County designs with a sense of community in mind. In Love County, we believe that every person has an individual story and a built-in community of which they are a belonging member. Drawing inspiration from contemporary and timelessly classic artistic schemes and vibes, our design strives to support this web of connections between family and friends by providing a curated space through which the occupants can thrive and flourish.
Love County is a design firm situated in the electric and forever-changing Austin, Texas. Our roots are deeply engrained in a rich history of modern design and development, creating work that is well-manicured, elegant, and fitting for each individual's needs and wants. We hope that our passion, coupled with experience, will leave a mark on the Austin community that we love.
