Lisa Wilson-Wirth, CKD, founded her interior design practice in 2003. Originally doing business as Arclinea San Diego, the studio was initially exclusively dedicated to the design of bespoke kitchens. The firm’s unique expertise in this area was quickly noted — gaining the interest of publications like Bon Appétit magazine, which devoted its annual kitchen design issue to one of Ms. Wilson-Wirth’s projects, calling it “The New Dream Kitchen.” In 2011, the firm renamed itself Wilson-Wirth Design — a move that reflected the studio’s expansion into whole-house residential interior design. WWD merges the disciplines of interior architecture + interior design, executing large-scale visions with a deft and capable touch. Kitchens remain a signature project, oftentimes one of the first areas tackled in a comprehensive design program. The firm is regularly featured in national + regional publications and has garnered more than a dozen prestigious design awards from juried design competitions.
