Lauren Schabacker for Ethan Allen- Pineville, NC

I received my BS of Science in Interior Design from Art Institute of Fort Lauderdale. Prior to coming to Ethan Allen in 2008, I spent six years gaining hands-on design experience working on residential, commercial, and nautical projects in Fort Lauderdale and Miami Florida. Before working in the design industry I held many different positions in the restaurant business where I gained a strong work ethic, built an entrepreneurial attitude, gained management experience and learned sales skills. As the Design Project Manager I work directly with the designers and their clients. I’m creative by nature and I use my creativity as a key skill when designing and providing training to the staff. I am also enthusiastic and passionate about helping people. I’m calm natured and I consider myself a well-rounded design project manager. I motivate my team and in return we reach our sales goals and have completed thousands of well designed homes. I take pride in my natural ability to design beautiful and aesthetic interiors everyday and the best reward is seeing the finished product that is truly life changing for our clients.
