Not only do you get a creative and easy to work with designer, Kelly Ferm, there are many added bonuses from her friendly and personable staff to the fabulous textiles and objects in her store, 707 Circle Lane in Claremont, CA. Kelly listens to your vision and then makes it happen. If you don't have a vision, she will effortlessly help you create your dream space. I am so happy with how my new home is transforming. I love interior design, so it will always be a journey with Kelly.

Kelly Ferm designed our master bath, bedrooms for our three daughters, and our entryway. She did an amazing job turning what was a very old, small and dated bathroom into a beautiful, fresh open space. Her designs for my daughters' rooms matched each of their unique personalities and they are now my favorite rooms in the house. She selected lighting, carpet, paint and accessories for our entryway and I enjoy thinking about how much I love it every day I walk through it. She has a great sense for identifying her client's style and works very hard to ensure the finished product is perfect! She also presents a realistic budget at the beginning of each project and ensures that she (and others working on the project) do not exceed the budget. Finally, she is very pleasant to work with and is very open to input and feedback from her clients.

Kelly captured our vision in regards to decorating our home. We are very pleased with the result. We would absolutely hire her again for future projects. The only improvements I would suggest would be a more "stream lined" approach to budget and clearer communication on emails and in general.

Kelly Ferm has provide absolutely the looks we have asked for. Kelly has done our entire home interior, our corporate offices remodels, our vacation Place in Parker Ca. She pays attention to details, gives you multiple items for a better selection, communicates very well. On all projects from flooring to ceiling. She will provide concept drafts with detailed plans, until customer approval has been given. Her response time is terrific as well.

Out of all the Designers we provide our Audio/Video services to, Kelly is by far my favorite. She thinks outside the box, Is open to suggestions, and really has a handle on the entire construction process. She is a true professional with amazing results.

At first I was hesitant to contact Kelly Ferm, Inc. I thought, "her portfolio was way out of my league, she would not give my home the time of day, nor could I afford her services". By chance we met and wow, Kelly was so down to earth , approachable, and easy to talk too. Soon she had me talking in detail of the changes I needed in my home, furnishings, flooring, and a new look with just a few assessories. I soon found with the right planning and timing I could afford the changes Kelly suggested and wow, now I can see my home (on a small scale) up there with the more exclusive properties that Kelly Ferm Inc. designs for.
