Kate specializes in projects from large to small, from whole space renovations and new construction to room layouts and furniture selections. She is dedicated to creating spaces that are timeless, visually interesting while at the same time are comfortable and functional. During her fifteen years in the field, Kate has used her organizational and project management skills to bring projects in on time and on a budget, keeping her clients informed and part of the design process. Kate works closely and listens to the client to bring their vision to fruition, creating a space that they will always love to come home to.

We can't say enough about Kate and her incredible sense of design. We purchased a converted dairy barn and didn't know where to begin. Not only did she help us through the obvious things like paint colors and kitchen designs, but she helped us think through altering the outside appearance and adding dormers and picture windows as well. The best part about Kate is that she works WITH you. She works hard to show you multiple designs and color schemes, and even after, helps you through refining your choice. The final bonus is that she is incredibly sweet and always happy on the job. Thank you Kate for making our new home turn into our dream home!!!

Kate Mogul invited me photograph her house! It's really priceless when an interior designer asks me to photograph their intimate space. She's someone who truly loves her job and it shows! Her house is immaculate and her taste superb! On top of that, she was really involved during the photoshoot, always eager to help me out. I highly recommend Kate and I'm looking forward to collaborate with her in the future.

Kate Mogul has helped me in so many ways over the years! Her warm personality makes her so easy to work with. She knows my style and listens to me. Her expertise and great eye has turned our home into a welcoming and warm place for my family. She did design layout for all the rooms in my house including a complete kitchen gut job which also included turning a pantry into a half bath. She helped with not only the layout, but colors, cabinets, counters, lighting, sink and backsplash tile. She also picked out gorgeous material for curtains in my master and two daughters rooms. She is my go to! I would recommend her to anyone looking for design.

Kate is a wonderful designer/decorator. She helped me with the design, color scheme and layout of my kitchen. She also picked out colors for the rest of my house over the next year as I would continue to turn to her for advice. Her professionalism, focus and passion make her a pleasure to work with. She became familiar with my style and what I was looking to accomplish, bright and new, but also natural and home-y. I would highly recommend Katie, she is amazing.

Kate Mogul was the perfect person for my home!! We bought an old "barn" that needed 100% gut renovation and I needed someone to help me with decisions including the hardwood floor color, wall and cabinet colors, design of new stairs and furniture options. She went above and beyond to look, buy and help pick the BEST items out there…and affordable items to boot! We just loved her!!!

I am a psychotherapist with an office in an old building where I listened to many comments about the poor condition of the building, the old paint on the walls, the sagging furniture, the worn carpet, etc. Kate did a complete renovation of my office. She picked a great color and finish for the new paint for walls, trim, and ceiling. She selected new furniture, window treatments, color coordinated prints for the walls, and a lovely new rug. Now I look forward to going to work and receive frequent compliments on the décor of the office. She was very professional, easy to work with, had everything completed in a timely fashion, and stayed within my budget. I would definitely hire her again for another project.

Kate is a wonderful designer. Creative, resourceful, fresh, and professional. Kate worked on color choices for rooms in our house and also designed plans to renovate our basement. She is a pressure to work with and truly a talented person.

I hired Kate to help me with a redecorating project for a kitchen and open living room. I was having trouble with colors and ideas, she had a ton of ideas. She put together ideas that I had with the right colors and paints. She also set up someone to do custom curtains for me , they came out wonderful, it was easy to pick out fabrics with her help. She helped with wall art that looks fabulous. She was easy to contact thru email and reliable with appointments. I was extremely happy working with Kate and wouldn't hesitate referring her.

Comentado: Bead board57.5 inch to the top of the sill and the sill is 1 inch thick. Ceilings are 9 ft which is important.
