After my husband purchased his new store he knew the location needed lots of love and decided to go all in with renovations, we researched and spoke with several designers. What stuck with us, was that right away JFS showed genuine excitement and great vision around the possibilities. The renovation included the entire space, floor to ceiling, lighting and displays for the entire shop. We had never gone through major redesign or worked with a designer before and were unsure of the process. JFS and his team asked a lot of questions about our tastes, listened to our ideas and brought back a vision that was awesome! They did a great job of ensuring the design was something that we would love. The result is that they gave us a beautiful place, one that we couldn't imagine on our own, but it feels 100% ours...and we love it! Even better our customers love it and first timers can't get over the stunning visuals. In addition to the design, we needed help coordinating and managing the entire project. This included purchasing and receiving, managing budgets, pulling permits, coordinating and managing the contractors, final inspection of their work and set up of the store layout. We needed a turn key renovation. JFS and his professional team delivered on this front as well.

Used Jfs first time in 1999 on commorcial project ( night club ) since than JFS has done the same club 7 times and has done other resturant's and lounges as well as my house and other friends houses . In the last 18 yrs they have been the ultimate in setting trends and always one step ahead of times u can see some of JFS creations at www.pashaboston.com. I highly recommend this firm for commorcial or residential projects.

We hired John to furnish almost all of our living spaces and I should say that he is an unbelievably talented designer. He carefully listened to our "wishes", added his "own" twist and created a beautiful home for us. We loved his creativity and the fact that he fully respected our lifestyle when selecting the various pieces. I was particularly impressed by his choice of window treatments... so unique and of the highest quality! In addition, what I love about our house is that we use every single room of it. Our living room was difficult to lay out. We had met with 3 designers prior to John all of whom were unable to deliver anything we liked. John came in and immediately understood what we wanted and was able to lay it out and furnish it to perfection. He has since done other properties for us as well and has had great input in collaboration with the architects.

We first met John Stefanon of JFS Design personally and felt very comfortable trusting him to design and manage the decor and furnishings for our home. We had tried with another decorator when we first moved in but found we had used a lot of resources and made little progress on our project. As soon as we started working with JFS we knew we would be pleased not only with the results but with the experience.We had lived in our home for 6 years and were finally ready to make it our own. John spent the time with us in our home to understand our wants, desires and needs as well as our personal style. He then took the project on with his unique expertise to create the casual elegance and beautiful environment of our home. We simply love our home. We use all of the space and love to entertain. Whether working in our home offices to entertaining another family for dinner in our dining room we feel very comfortable and are extremely appreciative of the decision we made to trust JFS Design.

Comentado: What type of wood are the cabinets made of?The center island is a white oak with a soft pickled finish. The perimeter cabinets were paint grade hardwood. The buffet on the foreground at right is a quarter-sawn cerused oak.
