Maylee helped a vision become a reality with all our renovations on our beach house. I love the way everything looks and appreciated Maylee's guidance along the way. From the initial meetings with the contractor all the way through to the final decorating details, Maylee made her self available and offered valuable professional advice. It was reassuring to have her to consult with when making decisions, big or small. I respect that Maylee always valued my opinion first and never forced her own. So happy to be enjoying everything - especially the deck! Details - Our outdoor renovations included new multi-level deck with hot tub, fire table and "outdoor kitchen". We also did new front walkway and entrance as well as painted shutters. Indoors, we painted several rooms, new floor and fabrics in kitchen, new rugs in living and dining areas, new wall hangings as well as freshening up decor in entire living area (some new stuff, some redesign of old stuff).

I had the pleasure of working with Maylee on her project in Biddeford Maine. From our first meeting I new we where going to hit it off. She brings to the table endless ideas, an eye for color and detail . She is very professional and just so sweet to work with. She has the experience to pull all it all together from tile selection to furniture It was such a great working relationship that I recommended her to another client of mine. She brings together your ideas and hers to make your project complete.

Maylee, I want to take this time to thank you for all the hours, ideas, and expertise you dedicated to me in helping me design a home that I will be happy with for many years to come. You have made our home a special place, and there isn’t a day that goes by that my husband or I don’t say, “ I Love our house”. Everything about our living space flows beautifully and is soothing to the eye. It is as though every little detail was meant to be together. I’ve had people walk into my house admiring and commenting on the colors, backsplash, cabinets, flooring, countertops, windows, and lights. A friend came to the house the other day and said, “What does it feel like living in a magazine”, now that is a huge compliment. Working with you was one of the best moves I could have ever made when building my house. In fact, I would recommend anyone thinking of building a house to hire you, because you got me started with a plan and through the whole process made the decision process SOOOO much easier. Even though you could have done all the shopping for me, I loved that you had the flexibility to let me shop around myself. Being able to send pictures of lights, tables, vanities, etc. to you and have you narrow down my choices was more valuable then you would ever know. You were always available to answer questions and give opinions. Not only did you helped me put together my dream house, but you taught me about decorating and gave me confidence in making my own decisions. As you know, I had never hired a designer, and I was totally green to the process. When I first met you, I felt so at ease and I knew you were the right person for the job. The love for what you do is evident, and you show as much enthusiasm towards my house as I do. You are so down to earth and lighthearted. You listened to me from the start and helped take me out of my comfort level of design, but not too over the top. You took some of my originally ideas and from there it blossomed into everything I ever wanted. When I felt like crying because things weren’t working out as planned, you were positive and calmed me down and said, “It will be beautiful”, always making me feel convinced. I loved our days spent at my house, your house, and at the tile shop. It meant so much to me when you came over after we moved in to the house to check things out. In closing, I’d like you to know that your expertise was invaluable to me. I can see you work very hard to please your clients, and you have extremely high standards. It has been an exciting and an inspiring journey. I almost saddened that we may only have the living room left to decorate, because I will miss our exchange of ideas and small talk.
