Skilled at creating beautiful designs under a variety of budgets, styles, timeframes, and requirements, Susan guides her clients through every phase of the design process. She remains committed to cultivating valued relationships and helping clients reach the best version of their overall vision.
Susan moved to Naples in October 1989, where she embraced her entrepreneurial spirit, founding Interiors Group of SW Florida Design firm Her mission is to assist both residential clients and Builders in creating timeless spaces. Whether classic or contemporary, across a vast range of styles, Susan balances colors, textures, and lighting to create a space that reflects her clients’ personalities and suits their design needs. Working in collaboration with architects and builders to execute her vision, she takes each project very personally.
In her spare time, you can find her enjoying Naples activities, traveling, & spending time with friends and family.
Susan Petril specializes in full-service residential interior design company, blending the old and new, mixing textures, materials and styles, creating distinctive interiors with comfort and elegance. Clients can choose her firm for furniture selection and layout, fabric selection, space planning, or hand over the entire design project to them from start to finish.
Every step of the way, they work closely with each of their client’s partners from architect, builder, landscape architect, vendors – all to create a home that is undeniably beautiful but, most importantly, reflects the style and personality of their client and supports the day-to-day needs of their families and their own clients.

Susan is great. We had gone through a few other designers -- either they weren't matching with what we wanted to do, or they just disregarded our desires. We were frustrated. Susan just gets it. She listens to our input, and helps push us and drive us to try new things. Our home looks fantastic, and the risks she got us to take paid off in huge ways.
On a more personal level, my wife and I just like her. She's easy to work with, no drama, and she's a great communicator.

We are in the process of completing a home in Naples, FL. We had seen Susie's work in another model home and loved her vibe. After meeting with her, I knew she was the right person for me to work with. She was so knowledgeable about trim details, architectural details, tile layouts, etc. It is a large home and I would never have been able to do all those selections without her. Now that we are the designing stage, she has been a treasure. We work really well together. She is so creative and fun and has understood my concept of the home I want and has run with it. She is sensitive to our budget and I always know costs and estimates before we make decisions. The house is not finished yet, but i know that it will be fabulous and I have to Susie to thank for that.

Thank you so very much for your wonderful words. I feel I am the lucky one having such a great client with amazing style!! Having a client such as you who has great vision and allows the design team to think out side the box is a true treasure! I will be sad when this project is over.
