Patrick made our dream home! We worked with Patrick to design and install our renovation of a historic property, including the kitchen, four bathrooms, custom bookcases and closets, and the entry foyer. The finished project is everything we could have wanted. Patrick strikes the perfect balance of offering wonderful suggestions while also listening to the clients' taste, and he made the entire process a joy. I can't recommend him highly enough.

Patrick Tennant is the REAL DEAL! If you want excellent results, on budget, on time, can't think of anyone CLOSE to Patrick, for your project! I've know Patrick for 10+ years. He helped me with several highly custom projects in my Santa Monica home. He was generous & efficient -- worth WAY more than he charged me! An Absolute Gem. Many Pros in the Industry respect him & his integrity, without qualification. (This is key. His relationships facilitate subcontractors' bids & productivity, ie saving you time & resources). Patrick doesn't impose his opinion, unless he knows a better way to meet YOUR goals! Fantastic listener. Can't think of a better Interior Architect to listen to, understand & fulfill your dreams! Full Disclosure: we were in same MFA in interior architecture program. Only he & another student excelled past my own very hard work, if you don't mind my saying. Patrick is an incredible talent with impeccable taste! We've worked with him a number of times, from larger projects to smaller room-specific redecorations. We loved how detail-oriented he is -- never overlooking the tiny things that really make the space sing...right down to the switch plates and the staging. He's an absolute joy to work with and knows exactly how to cater to client taste, and how to reign in and manage what can be an otherwise overwhelming process. He is very cognizant of budget and worked wonders with some of the constraints we had -- he really helped us identify where best to splurge, and where we were able to cut costs. The work he did for us is absolutely beautiful and, thanks to him, we are constantly getting compliments! But most importantly, we LOVE living in the spaces that he helped us create.

Patrick knows his materials and sources really well and is able to offer many interesting options to his clients. He is very committed to the design of his projects and manages them efficiently and with great responsiveness. Patrick has a super nice congenial personality and I really enjoyed working with him.
