I recently built a new summer home on Cape Cod. Heritage House was involved in my project from the early stages, providing important insight on architectural plans, lighting and interior design. The design team was a pleasure to work with. Karin and Eileen helped me wade through the mountain of decisions involved in such a large project and made it fun, rather than overwhelming. They really listened to what I envisioned as the "feel" of the house. Paint colors, wall coverings, window treatments, furniture selection all came together in such a beautiful way. I couldn't be happier with the final product.

Karin Doolin, owner and designer, is exceptionally talented. She creates uniquely pleasant spaces for each individual client. Her personality is delightful. Each of her clients is very fortunate.

We had Ms. Doolin design and shop for all of the bedding, furniture, window treatments, colors, layout for our house we had built in Louisville, Ky and she did an amazing job! We have recently moved and had her do the same thing for our new house and we once again thrilled with the results!!

My husband and I first worked with Heritage Design on the complete rebuild of our ocean-front property in Massachusetts in 2003. We initially had a difficult time finding a design-build firm that could accomplish what we were hoping to achieve within a limited footprint and with conservation concerns. From initial design meetings and throughout the construction process, we were thoroughly impressed with Jim's knowledge and expertise, and found that he was able to deliver exactly what we were looking for. During the building process we looked extensively for an interior decorator who would help us create a warm and comfortable atmosphere that worked for our family while taking into consideration the setting of our home. We were beyond thrilled with what Karin and Heritage Design Concierge achieved throughout, from wall colors to furniture selection and placement, to custom drapes and accessories. We have since worked with Heritage Design Concierge on the interior design and decoration of our home in Florida in 2004 as well as our cottage in New Hampshire in 2011. Every time we work with Karin and the team, they combine their professional approach with a personal, caring touch that helps us create homes all our family and friends love and enjoy.

Karin and her staff helped tremendously with a "work in progress" project for a new residence I was building. Karin invested considerable time to understand my taste and preferences and eventually selected (and provided) all the interior color schemes, furniture, drapes, wallpaper, interior lighting and exterior lighting. Karin's tasteful finishing touches and fitout transformed a stalled house building venture in to a comfortable, inviting and functioning home which I have enjoyed for several years. Heritage Design Concierge was an excellent interior designer to work with. They were very intuitive to the design differences between my husband and me and helped us to blend our preferences perfectly! The house is beautiful without being over the top. It is very cozy and warm. For having such a large house the most common comment I get is how homey the house feels. Karen and Louise complement each other perfectly and were so much fun to work with! I will definitely continue to use them for all our decorating needs.

I hired Karin to assist in a complete kitchen remodel, as well as a living room make over. At all times I found Karin to be insightful, full of great ideas and color schemes, but respectful of my own style. She seemed to nail my likes and dislikes very quickly and never pressured me to like something I did not. She had a ton of experience with color pallets, fabrics, kitchen design, appliance locations, storage concepts, as well as convenience. I thoroughly enjoyed working with her and seeing her smiling face even as I changed my mind or challenged her with my wish list.
