Her wide following in Naples, FL, has offered her the opportunity to work with clients throughout the world in this luxury, high-end market. Experience in designing single family homes, condominiums and high-rise lobbies has provided a wide range of experience and travel. With over 20 years of experience, Lauri is a much-sought after interior designer. Betsy Godfrey began her career in the home-building industry in the mid 60s. By 1972, she had earned a Florida Residential Contractor's license and a Florida Real Estate Broker's licence. Betsy built custom homes in the Orlando Bay Hill and Winter Park areas. She received a Florida Interior Design license in 1982, personally and for her company. Active for many years in the local, state, and with the National Association of Home Builders, she received its highest honor with acceptance to the Florida Building Industry's Hall of Fame in 2006. Godfrey was a co-founder of the prestigious Southeast Builders Conference and the Aurora Design Awards. Still working as a team, Lauri and Betsy continue their collaborations on their many design projects. The Godfrey staff is small and efficient, and known for its high level of superb efficiency and customer service. Over the years the firm has received hundreds of design awards for residential and commercial projects as well as the international Showboats Award for a 52m yacht built in Italy.
