FLOURISH uses a unique approach to home design by combining home and garden expertise to decorate and furnish your coastal property. This "inside/outside" perspective results in comfortable, fresh Florida style for new homes or renovations. Janet makes smart and stylish selections--for one room or your whole house! She provides efficient, detailed communications which are key to successful home improvements. That's why most FLOURISH clients are referred personally through local real estate agents, contractors and other satisfied customers. Janet named her company FLOURISH because she recognized that Delray Beach is a place where people can live, work, play and thrive! I’ve worked on many projects with Janet over the years. Some projects small most pretty large. I must say it’s hard to come across someone in this field that has and does it all so very well! Janet has always brought an ease to the clients needs from selections to personal Honest opinions of her own. Always on time and extremely on point when it comes to communication and scheduling things on time as is very important in any project to run smoothly and efficiently. I must say it always has and still is a pleasure working with Janet as I always know the finished project will turn out phenomenal and the client will always be satisfied! If you are looking for an “above and beyond” decorator who you can not only trust but count on every step of the way for your home project ,I can assure you that you will not regret using Janet for just that!

Janet is great and very professional. She has a great eye for coordinating colors and worked with our style. She also has many good contacts with retailers and contractors. She saved us a lot of time shopping around, by directing us to great places and also worked within our budget.

Janet Ireland was excatly what I was looking for in a designer. She helped me with color selection, style, arrangement of new furniture, artwork and a new Master Bath. She made sure the design flowed thru the house smoothly and graciously. Placement of furniture was amazing...she made a few small changes in my original furniture and I couldn't believe the difference it made with a few pieces that I did not replace. I highly recommend her and her services to anyone that is unsure of venturing out on their own to redecorate or start new with a new house.

Working with Janet at Flourish Delray Design was an absolute pleasure. She listened to my clueless rambling ideas about remodeling my house into a comfortable cottage. She knew exactly where to go to purchase the best products within my budget. Choosing appliances, tile, hardware, kitchen and bathroom fixtures, lighting, furniture and so much more would have been so stressful without her help. Janet is prompt, friendly, professional and knowledgeable and I feel so lucky that I was referred to her to help me with my project. Pictures can be located under Waterfront Cottage Renovation.

Janet was very attentive and pleasant to work with. She listened to our ideas and incorporated them into the final design plans. We did a full interior renovation which does get stressful at times. Janet was always very patient with us, but kept the project moving forward. We highly recommend her!

My husband and I are so happy that we decided to work with Janet on our kitchen renovation. She helped with what can be a daunting task and made it easy! Janet has a great eye and is very organized as well which was important to me because I work full time. Our kitchen came out beautiful...better than I imagined. Janet is a pleasure to work with and I would highly recommend her.

Flourish Delray Design and the owner, Janet Ireland offered great support and advice as I moved in to my new home in Boca. Janet was a terrific resource to source items for the home, had spot on design direction and offered real partnership and support. Prices were fair and work was always completed on time. I would most definitely recommend Janet and would use her services again should the need arise.

My project involved a complete renovation of a 2600 Sf town home located in Florida. Since my permanent residence is out of state, I hired Janet Ireland to be my representative and guide on site. It was a large undertaking and we needed to select all surface materials and finishes, which was overwhelming to me. Janet was able to take charge and lead me through the myriad of choices during the process. I tend to overthink all selections and shop exhaustively, which is time consuming. She helped me focus on the task at hand and helped make choices more quickly and efficiently than I could have done on my own. Janet has a good sense of style, color and scale and I valued her input. When I wavered, she was decisive and helpful. She was also respectful of my budget and pointed out ways to save on cost where possible. Janet is a very capable and patient design professional and I enjoyed our working relationship.
