I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending Fiona to anyone. We engaged Fiona just before we moved into a huge renovation project. Because we were dong a complete back to brick renovation of a large Victorian villa, we knew we couldn’t do it alone. We’d never worked with an interior designer before so she held our hands through so much more than what house would look like. As soon as we met I knew we’d get on. And that is so important in a relationship like this. Her warmth, patience, empathy and humour though a very stressful renovation kept us sane. You don’t realise how important those qualities are until you are living in a house full of builders as we were! She and her team are detailed, professional and supportive in all their communications. Vital when there are so many moving parts in a renovation project. She really understood the reality of designing a beautiful but practical home for a busy family with a set budget. She worked with the quirks of our old house and pieces we already had and introduced us to local suppliers who allowed us to update it without losing any of its charm. If like us, you have an idea of style you like but no idea how to actually realise it along with all the other demands busy family and work life throw at you, then Fiona will do that and so much more. She elevated our ideas, brought a consistency and story to the rooms and made everything happen so much faster and with a much higher quality than we could have managed alone. Fiona and her team helped us with so much more than we expected. Her attention to detail and years of experience of working with builders meant we could give our trades detailed plans of exactly where and what lighting and sockets we’d need at the right point in the project. She was also a wonderful sounding board and advice giver when I was struggling with builders - the fact she has been through projects like this so many times before meant I was more confident in insisting on what I needed rather than letting the builders do what they wanted! She helped us with everything from our kitchen, entertaining rooms, bedrooms, bathrooms. From flooring to bathroom fixtures, lighting, accessories and soft furnishings.

Excellent service from Fiona and team. From the initial consultation, plans drawn up, sample presentation, installation and delivery, Fiona exceeded all expectations. She stayed within budget, came up with ideas that we would never have thought of ourselves, delivered schemes that complemented the house, but also functional with a busy young family household. Everyone who visits our home comments on how beautiful the decor is. We are thrilled and will always turn to Fiona for advice and new projects in the future. The team help me even now, two years later with advice, trivial admin issues such as replacement bulbs, additional items to add to the home etc. Really strong, adaptable, professional team of designers that work with reputable suppliers and tradesmen. My husband and I bought a large property painted all white with only an American oak staircase and matching doors being the splash of colour. The house felt cold and empty, so Fiona’s brief was to make it feel warm, homely and fill it with beautiful things. This was our first experience using an interior designer and trusting someone to make your family home beautiful and practical is difficult. However, trusting Fiona was the best decision we could have made. She has the most wonderful, considered, ideas and as well as designing all the rooms in detail she also recommended companies that she knew would be professional and carry out work to the highest standard. During the refurbishment, Fiona worked with builders, flooring and carpeting companies, joiners, electricians, lighting technicians, decorators, and more. She arranged meetings for us, viewings, worked with our kitchen company, liaised with tradespeople, sourced furniture, and much more. She was always on hand and emails were always promptly replied to. Once the main work in the house was completed, including the amazing choice of light fittings, Fiona and her team then styled our home with beautiful pieces of furniture, accessories, and artwork. Now our project is complete we still contact Fiona for additional items such as extra wallpaper, glasses, etc. Another example of this was from a photoshoot; Fiona brought some resources to restyle one of our rooms and give it a different feel. She made it look so easy and by changing some accessories gave the room an alternative look. I then purchased the items from her so that I too can change the look in Summer. Employing Fiona’s services has been the best thing ever and without her, we could have never had such a beautiful and special home. She exceeded our expectations; it now looks stunning. We love our home and everything in it.

Fiona has supported us with the interior design of our new build house in Poynton, Cheshire. The brief was challenging as the house was in the early stages of construction when we first spoke in late 2019. Fiona did well, however, to come up with a plan and mood boards based only on builders' drawings and our rather vague ideas. Progressing the plans through 2020 proved even more challenging with the combined impact of a very muddy site, Covid-19 restrictions/delays and then both our builder and one of the furniture suppliers going bust!!! Fiona did a brilliant job of keeping our spirits up during this difficult period, constantly rescheduling works to take account of the various delays. She also embarked on an emergency trip to London to salvage materials from the failed supplier and find an alternative. She assured us that everything would be worthwhile and, after 10 months living in the house we can finally she that she was right! Thanks to Fiona's designs and sourcing we have a beautiful home with some really nice touches we would never have thought of ourselves. The choice of artwork was particularly appreciated and we take great pleasure in looking at the three paintings we purchased from the artist Fiona introduced us to. Since moving in we have been in regular contact with Fiona and her team and they have been very supportive with even the smallest requests such as ordering wallpapers, additional rugs etc. We would have no hesitation in recommending Fiona's services to others and hope future projects prove to be more straightforward now that the world is returning to some normality. We have used Fiona on multiple projects over the years, both for our development company and for our own personal homes. Fiona is an exceptionally talented designer and has nailed every project she has delivered for us. Meticulous in her approach, Fiona is exceptionally good at interpreting and translating our briefs into her own piece of magic and in accordance with our budgets . Fiona is a true professional. She re-designed our lounge and created a beautiful space for us and we have now asked her to do several other rooms. Fiona is an absolute pleasure to work with! She is so professional, she came up with beautiful designs, she kept the budget very much in focus. Her organisational skills were amazing in making sure all the tradesmen worked within the deadlines set. So the project was completed bang on schedule! After moving into a bland new build property, we wanted to make the house more homely by decorating and completely refurbishing the lounge and dining room. After a lot of research, and inspired by Fiona's work we invited her along to design our space. We gave Fiona a brief, and budget which she worked too. Nothing was too much trouble, and she answered all our questions. The end result is we now have an amazing living room and dining room which we couldn't have achieved without Fiona, as a lot of the ideas we wouldn't never even have thought of before, but they just work. I was recommended Fiona by a kitchen designer who had witnessed her working in various projects he too had been involved in but independently from her. He said she was the ultimate professional but executed her work in a very friendly and understanding manner. I therefore asked Fiona to redesign my lounge. I am totally thrilled with it. The brief I gave was listened to and I was fully involved in every step of the project. I too found Fiona to be very friendly and her team totally professional. She particularly went out of her way to make sure the settees I wanted were exactly correct before they went into production. I would recommend Fiona and I will certainly use her again.
