I met Diana a few years ago while working on a Designer's Showhouse at Glen Magna Farms in Danvers, MA. Since that meeting we have collaborated on several projects. Her designs are both smart and creative. She is easy to work with because she truly loves what she does and her passion is contagious. I look forward to working with her in the future.

Diana has transformed nearly every room in my house over the past few years. Everything from the bedrooms to the bathrooms have been updated since I bought the house, giving all spaces a unique approach that still feels cohesive as a whole. Since 2009, she has worked to make my house feel like my home.

This was our first time using an interior designer and we found Diana on the American Society of Interior Designers website. We feel very fortunate to have found her as we love the living room she designed. Diana was respectful of our ideas and thoughts for the room. It was a pleasure working with Diana. She's super professional, and was really receptive to my ideas and worked creatively to stay within our tiny budget. I also really liked Diana's design aesthetic. I think her design was classic, but creative. I really liked that she understood the scope of the project and my own tastes, and tried hard to make it all work.

I hired Diana Kennedy Interiors to make some new window treatments for my open plan 1st floor encompassing my living/kitchen/dining area, which included a large picture window at one end with sliders to my deck at the other end. As these types of engagements do the job morphed into wallpapering and accent wall in the living room and repositioning of my current furniture for a better flow. Then there was the shelving/bookcase in the alcove I kept changing my mind about, but we found a solution that worked. Ms. Kennedy spent a lot of time getting to know my personality and style and actually listened to me when I stated I liked/disliked something and made some excellent suggestions of colors/textures that I liked. I had never worked with an interior decorator before and this experience was great and my house is ready for my friends to come hang at again. It's a townhouse so now on to the 2nd and 3rd floors.

Before hiring Diana Kennedy Interiors, I had consulted with other designers and decorators. None of them could provide me with a plan that incorporated my existing pianos within the unique confines of my living room. But Diana was able to convert the room (along with my den) into a warm, elegant, yet traditional space through the introduction of new furniture, lighting, and window treatments. Even my artwork got a makeover, with new frames now surrounding each piece. My husband and teenage son now have an updated, comfortable space in which to practice music and enjoy each other’s company. We are thrilled with the transformation!

I have absolutely loved working with Diana. She really listened to all of my ideas and incorporated them in making my dining and living rooms quite beautiful. In addition to working with my pre-existing pieces, Diana added new furniture and accessories that are fabulous. To top it off, Diana arranged to have some of my old furniture sent to a consignment store where the furniture was successfully sold. When all is said and done, I am so pleased that my home now feels like somebody lives in it. I highly recommend working with Diana and can’t wait to have her come back to work on my master bedroom!
