I hired Rania for advise on bar stools for our new kitchen island. She came to the house measured the space and we picked chairs. When the chairs were delivered they were too tall for the countertop. I spoke with Rania regarding the problem she was a bit put out but she did ask what I wanted to do. I told her they would not work so we sent them back. Eight months later Rania cashed the check claiming she forgot the chairs were returned. My advise to her is next time you should reach out to a customer to ask about an eight month old check.
