Deborah was heavily involved in changing the layout and doing a major renovation of our contemporary in East Hampton in 2018-2019 She came up with great ideas for a new floor plan which included relocating a kitchen,moving stairs to the basement,designing a brand new master bathroom and redefining the entrance,living room and dining room Deborah has a common sense approach,is a pleasure to deal with,punctual and fair in her fees. We could not be happier with the outcome and could not have done it without her. Highly recommended and we will not hesitate to use her again or recommend her to friends

I discovered Deborah on Houzz. From our first phone conversation, we were in sync and working with Deborah has been a joy! In her I found a true professional with whom I could bounce ideas, learn to navigate the design internet and bring together my creation. Her ability to sync with her client(s) is simply wonderful. She is reliable, helpful at every level and what I particularly enjoyed was that she was available throughout my project, to offer as little or as much help as I required to achieve my goals. She's a GEM!

We have worked with Deborah on numerous projects over the last 12 years in our primary and vacation homes and a commercial office, and we can honestly say we wouldn't want to work with any other designer. Deborah is the whole package: she's creative; incredibly knowledgeable-- not just about design, but also the underlying architectural and construction principles; able to direct a project single-handedly or work as part of a team; plugged into a huge variety of vendors, suppliers and craftspeople; accessible and responsive to a fault; and a stickler for the details. Moreover, her taste is exquisite! On top of all her professional attributes, Deborah is an absolute joy to work with. She has helped us do everything from new builds, to major renovations, to minor renovations, to just decorating. She listens, never imposes her own esthetic or a trend, and won't rest until she finds the piece or effect we absolutely fall in love with. We would recommend her enthusiastically and without any reservation.

Our family moved into a 1960s raised ranch a few years ago which was in much need of overhaul. Everything was dated (old brown wood clamshell casing and baseboard, awful 1960s hollow-core doors, dark wood paneling, tattered curtains, very dark rooms without adequate lighting, lack of furnishings and dated light fixtures) but the house had good "bones," fine workmanship and some lovely architectural elements. Deborah specified new trimwork, doors, door hardware and paint colors and added much needed overhead lighting which have totally transformed my home. Our old non-descript marble floors, now refinished, are just stunning, as are all the fixtures she selected. Everything is bright and beautiful and our home is a lovely backdrop for the furnishings which she has helped to select. I think she has a fabulous eye and great vision! One thing that I have really appreciated about working with Deborah is that she is mindful of value and of a family's needs and priorities. She treats my money like her own. She tries to work with what is already there vs just ripping everything out and she is mindful of the time, disruption and expense that various projects will take. It has been great working with her!

Deborah has a full range of professional skills in interior design and decorating. She can help you with classic to modern design. What I found particularly helpful, is Deborah's working with my taste, but refining it when and where needed. That is a major plus. Your home is then, still your's! Deborah has worked with me on four homes (2 apartments, 2 houses). Her warm personality and sense of humor make the projects Fun- even when there are some snags. She is a real team player. All the contractors and trades people who work with Deborah say, "we would work with her on anything!" She is respectful and patient. The projects on which Deborah and I have worked have ranged from upholstery selections to full renovations. In every situation she excels. I give her the HIGHEST RECOMMENDATION.

Deborah Quintal Wick is a wonderful designer! Over the years she has helped me upgrade a bathroom, redecorate my living room, den and bedroom, and most recently a full kitchen remodel involving knocking down a wall. She has excellent taste, is warm and friendly to work with, and listens to your own ideas as well. She has an amazing breadth of knowledge. With her professional expertise and guidance, all of my projects have been completed without delay with beautiful results.

We needed a lighting plan for the kitchen, and one was submitted within a very short time, complete with cardboard hanging mock ups in the suggested locations; the contractor was very happy with her drawings. She also submitted two or three other decorative ideas for the room which we liked very much.
